Prime Doctor RX Tirzepatide Review: Four-Week Costs

Prime Doctor RX lists compounded tirzepatide at $339 every four weeks on its flexible plan, or $927 upfront for 12 weeks, advertised as $309 per four-week supply. Medication ships every four weeks on prepaid plans. The price unit is a four-week supplied period, even where the card labels it “month.”⁴

Keep the billing period attached to the price

Thirteen four-week cycles span 52 weeks: at $339, that is $4,407 by arithmetic if the same price continues, not twelve payments. The current Goldspan Health review offers another period structure to compare. The Idgie Health, Edessa and RX Bella reviews should likewise be compared using actual payment and supplied periods rather than headline monthly labels.

The program includes medical review, support, messaging and prescription fulfillment if approved. Laboratory requirements and any additional service or package price should be confirmed for the selected treatment; the general promise of no surprise fees does not establish that every possible lab is included.^4,5

Updated clinical and pharmacy roles

The current site identifies Elite Care Health for independent clinical care and Rx Ave Health for dispensing and fulfillment. Prime Doctor RX operates the platform rather than practicing medicine or dispensing. These are named disclosures, not independent confirmation of an individual clinician's credentials or pharmacy license.^4,5

The catalog names compounded tirzepatide with B12 and a newer glycine option. The glycine option is not currently available in California. Approval does not guarantee a full refund

The October 5 cancellation policy offers a full refund before clinical evaluation begins. Once a clinician has reviewed the intake, the consultation fee is nonrefundable. If treatment is declined, the policy refunds the program payment minus that consultation fee, rather than the entire payment. Confirm the amount of that retained fee before paying.⁶

After prescribing but before shipping, a partial refund also excludes the consultation fee; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after transmission to the pharmacy. Shipped compounded medication is generally final. Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within seven days with photographs for replacement, and confirmed transit loss within 14 days of expected delivery for reshipment. Cancellation requests go through the Contact page, with written confirmation and processing within one business day; access lasts through the paid period.⁶
