What the monthly program includes

The four-month guarantee is conditional

First-time members must enroll directly, remain paid and uninterrupted for four consecutive months from the first prescription, complete required check-ins and use prescriptions as directed. Baseline weight verification is due within 14 days after that first prescription; the second verification must be within 14 days before or after the four-month mark. A written claim is due within 14 days after that mark.⁵

A loss of at least 2% is defined as measurable progress and makes the patient ineligible for this guarantee.
