No BS RX lists its standard compounded tirzepatide injection at $225 monthly, with separate prepaid blocks. A low-dose compounded injection is $115 monthly, while a distinct branded Zepbound program is $1,299 monthly. These are different treatment options, not equivalent doses or preparations.⁵

Compare the program and its supplied period

The pricing and October subscription policy include consultation, medication, shipping and provider messaging for GLP-1 programs, with no separate provider or pharmacy charge. The specific GLP-1 inclusion clause qualifies the same policy's generic discussion of separately billed third-party services. Confirm your selected program rather than treating that generic paragraph as a mandatory extra fee.^5,6

Who prescribes and dispenses

No BS RX describes itself as an administrative and technology platform; independent clinicians decide treatment. Its Terms list Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as possible dispensing pharmacies. The pricing page attributes compounded fulfillment to 503A pharmacies. Neither statement independently verifies an assigned facility's current license or the quality of a prescription.^5,8

Email cancellation before renewal

Subscriptions renew for successive periods of the same duration. Cancellation is handled by support email, with confirmation by email, rather than a self-service portal switch. Send the request before renewal; the inspected subscription policy does not set a numerical 48- or 72-hour cutoff. Access continues to the paid-period end, and cancellation does not itself refund that period.⁶

The refund policy expressly refunds the full initial payment, including platform, consultation and medication amounts, when the initial clinician review finds the patient ineligible. That exception overrides its general completed-consultation nonrefund rule. A later treatment adjustment or discontinuation does not create the same right. Apart from initial denial, a 48-hour initial-payment refund requires that no intake or clinical review has begun; dispensed medication and completed billing periods are generally nonrefundable.⁷

The separately offered Zepbound program is not the compounded injection or the low-dose program.
