Peak Wellness Tirzepatide Review: $279 Intro and Renewal Terms

Peak Wellness advertises compounded tirzepatide at $279 for the first month, then $349 per month. Its selected tirzepatide pricing also offers three- and six-month billing commitments. Medication, injection supplies and provider oversight are listed, but the monthly card conflicts with the site's shipping banner. Compare the selected plan's total and renewal rules, rather than the lowest GLP-1 headline.³

First-month price versus the continuing bill

The homepage's $179 starting banner and $498 savings headline should not be treated as tirzepatide prices. The separate semaglutide pricing starts at $179; the selected tirzepatide tab starts at $279. Its quarterly option displays $279 per month billed as $837 every three months. The six-month option displays $232 per month but explicitly bills $1,397 every six months. Use that stated total, not $232 multiplied by six, when budgeting.³

The cards advertise the same price across doses within the selected plan. That does not make the introductory month, monthly renewal and longer purchases the same commitment, or determine which prescription is appropriate. Confirm the supplied quantity, refill timing and total before choosing a plan.

There is an inclusion conflict to resolve: the site's banner promises free next-day air on all orders, and the process page describes that service. However, the monthly pricing card marks both Priority Support and FREE Expedited Shipping with red crosses; the longer-plan cards include them. Do not assume those monthly benefits are included simply because their words appear in the card. Ask whether shipping adds a charge and which support level applies.^3,6

Cancel before processing, not just before delivery

The January 19, 2026 Terms allow automatically renewing subscriptions and say the first renewal may charge early. Subsequent shipments can be charged and shipped up to three days early. Cancellation requires notice at least three days before the applicable renewal processing date, with cancellation effective at the end of the current subscription period.⁴

The homepage instead summarizes cancellation as anytime, with changes at the next billing cycle. Resolve the actual processing date in the portal or with support; it need not be the shipment date or the anniversary you expected. A reminder two days before shipment does not itself establish that the cancellation deadline remains open.^3,6

The Terms do not promise prorated refunds for partly used subscription periods, although discretionary exceptions are possible. Pausing is not permanent cancellation: charges automatically resume when a pause ends unless canceled. The dedicated refund policy makes prescription sales final and directs filling-error concerns to support. Broad nonrefund language also appears in the Terms. Canceling future billing therefore should not be read as reversing an approved or fulfilled order.^4,5

What happens if the clinician declines treatment?

The process page describes a card authorization hold, $0 collected before provider approval, and capture only after approval. If declined, it says the hold is released and disappears within five to seven days. A pending authorization release is different from refunding a settled payment, and it does not establish a voluntary-cancellation refund after approval.⁶

Obtain clarification if your payment is already settled or your selected order uses a different payment method. The broad nonrefund clauses should be read alongside this specific preapproval process, rather than used to invent either an unconditional cash-refund guarantee or a charge for every declined applicant.

Who provides the clinical care?

The Terms identify Peak Wellness LLC as the platform facilitating independent medical providers and pharmacies, rather than the clinician or dispenser. The refund and privacy pages publish a Sheridan, Wyoming address. These are company disclosures, not independent confirmation of incorporation, licensing or the clinician assigned to you.^4,5,8

The FAQ names Dr. TelX as the medical group. The process page lists four physicians and two ARNPs, while repeatedly describing intake review by a board-certified DO. The telehealth consent expressly permits care by nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Confirm the actual treating professional and how to request a live discussion; do not treat the marketing wording as a guarantee that every interaction is with an obesity-medicine physician.^3,6,7

Peak markets nationwide service. Its Terms still restrict use to operating states, adults at least eighteen or the applicable age of majority, and a consultation location matching the shipping-address state. Confirm the arrangement where you will physically receive care rather than relying only on an all-50-state headline.⁴

Pharmacy, follow-up and delivery

The process page says about 99% of orders go to Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, described there as a 503A pharmacy. The FAQ also names Epiq Scripts, Southend Pharmacy and AbsoluteRX. That is a disclosed network, not confirmation of your assigned pharmacy or independent verification of its license, inspection history or the company's quality claims.^3,6

The program describes a check-in seven days before the next shipment and medical review before continuing. Its usual start-to-delivery estimate is about a week; next-day air describes shipping after fulfillment, not next-day treatment from enrollment. Administrative support targets a response within four hours during 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST. The consent warns providers may not respond promptly and telehealth is not emergency care.^6,7
