PCOS Sisters Tirzepatide Review: Membership & Extra Costs

PCOS Sisters offers a $150-per-month GLP-1 management program with membership required. That is a care fee, not a confirmed all-in tirzepatide price: its membership Terms exclude prescription, laboratory and imaging costs. Confirm whether tirzepatide is currently an option for you, the preparation prescribed and the pharmacy's separate charge.^3,5

What the membership covers

The clinic focuses on PCOS care, including an evaluation, individualized diet and exercise planning, messaging, telehealth visits and its fitness app. Its How It Works page lists a $75 standalone evaluation and says an evaluation is also included in membership. A separate $75 visit should therefore not automatically be added to every membership estimate.^4,5

The current GLP-1 page describes semaglutide, other clinician-selected medicines and generic oral options. It also describes a patient treated with tirzepatide, but that example does not identify the preparation available to a new patient or establish a guaranteed outcome. The exact current tirzepatide price and brand-versus-compounded formulation remain unconfirmed on those pages.³

Membership is not insurance. The How It Works page describes limited Georgia insurance participation for evaluations, while prescriptions and testing may have separate coverage. Do not assume that an insured evaluation makes the membership or medication covered. The Terms also describe New York-specific limits on included visits and discounted laboratory access.^4,5

Cancellation depends on what you purchased

Monthly membership renews automatically. The Terms require notice through Optimantra text or portal messaging at least 24 hours before the monthly draft; no refund is promised once the draft has started outside that window. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month plans do not auto-renew and are nonrefundable under the membership policy.⁵

Appointments have a different deadline: cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours ahead can incur the full visit charge. A later return after membership ends can involve a $50 re-enrollment fee, subject to the stated seven-day response grace period. These are separate from any dispensing pharmacy's prescription policy.⁵

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
