RNK Health Tirzepatide Review: $297 Starting Price and Subscription Terms

RNK Health advertises tirzepatide from $297 a month, with a monthly medication supply, consultation, prescription if appropriate, injection supplies and shipping on its named product page. The main question is how that package fits the financial agreement: the general Terms distinguish access fees from pharmacy charges, while the refund policy describes a single bundled price. Obtain the complete selected bill before paying.^3,4,5,6

What the $297 headline includes

The tirzepatide page describes the starting monthly package as everything included and allows cancellation at any time. It does not establish the dose, concentration, total quantity or a separate price for each dose. A monthly supply claim does not establish the size or concentration of the vial you would receive.⁴

The homepage also lists semaglutide from $197 monthly and separate longevity products. Those are different products, not lower tirzepatide prices. Its self-pay description does not establish insurance coverage for this prescription.³

The September Terms say RNK access fees may be billed monthly, quarterly or annually and are separate from product, dispensing and shipping fees charged by or for a pharmacy. The June refund policy instead describes a single price covering clinical review, medication, clinician-required labs and support, varying by product and professional entity. That discrepancy does not prove an extra fee is actually charged, but the headline alone cannot settle the total.^5,6

Ask for the amount due now, included medication quantity, any pharmacy bill, renewal date and term. Confirm whether a longer plan is paid upfront or in installments; the general Terms do not establish one universal arrangement. They also say access billing continues while a periodic refill or follow-up form is pending, even though completing that form may be required for shipment.⁵

Who provides the care and medication?

RNK Health LLC describes itself as a platform rather than a medical practice or pharmacy. Its Terms name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners PC and affiliated professional entities, and M&D Integrations Inc., doing business as MD Integrations, among the entities providing care. The entity and practitioner for an individual patient depend on the service and location.^5,7

Care may use live video, telephone or asynchronous messages. The consent says the clinician may be a nurse practitioner or physician assistant; a physician is not guaranteed for every encounter. Clinical review can result in no prescription or a recommendation for different care.⁷

The homepage publishes a pharmacy telephone number and a Springville, Utah address, but these do not establish the name or credentials of the pharmacy assigned to your prescription. The Terms describe independent third-party pharmacies; the consent permits requesting a pharmacy of your choice. Obtain the actual dispensing pharmacy, preparation and storage instructions before fulfillment.^3,5,7

The Terms describe facilitating services across all 50 states, subject to prescribing, pharmacy, licensing and regulatory restrictions. That is not a guarantee that this particular medication or consultation format is available in every state.⁵

Cancellation and refunds have different cutoffs

The refund policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next billing date. A later request takes effect at the end of the paid cycle and does not reverse a processed charge. RNK says a reminder arrives seven days before rebilling, with pause, skip or cancellation options. Use the portal or support route specified in the policy; stopping text messages is not subscription cancellation.^5,6

The policy generally makes the subscription fee final on intake submission and all rebill charges nonrefundable, subject to its exceptions. Medical disqualification is one exception, but its wording differs: section 2 says an unused portion will be refunded, while section 8 says it may be refunded. Services already rendered remain payable, and the policy states its rules concern subscription fees. Do not assume disqualification produces a full refund of every charge.⁶

For verified damage, a wrong item or dose, or unexpected nondelivery, replacement is the default remedy. Contact support within seven days of delivery and provide medication and packaging photos where applicable. A refund is considered if replacement cannot be fulfilled, subject to pharmacy policies. The policy does not refund dissatisfaction with GLP-1 results. Its temperature-stability language concerns certain formulations, not proof that every tirzepatide shipment can tolerate heat.⁶

Compounded medication and the clinical evidence

The consent distinguishes compounded medication from FDA-approved products and places fulfillment with independent pharmacies.
