Its dedicated pricing page displays starting at $249/month for Injection and $199/month for Microdose Injection when Monthly is selected. A separate product page retains a lower $166 headline across different plan selections, so confirm the selected treatment's actual charge and supply before purchasing.^3,4

What the price labels mean

The pricing page separates method and plan selectors. Under Monthly, selecting Injection changes the tirzepatide card from $199 to $249, while Microdose Injection remains $199. These are starting figures, not a published schedule covering every prescribed dose. The card also lists liposomal tablets as a separate method; do not assume the injection price or clinical evidence applies to that formulation.^3,4

The longer-plan displays need particular care. Under 3-Month, the card shows $399/mo for Microdose Injection and $599/mo for Injection. Under 6-Month, it shows $749/mo and $999/mo respectively. The cards retain “/mo”; they do not state that those amounts are the entire term's bill. Dividing them by three or six would create a price the displayed pages do not establish.³

Meanwhile, the product page says “Starting as low as $166” with Full Dose Injection and 3-Months selected. Changing that page's plan to Monthly left the headline unchanged during the October check. That prevents treating $166 as a confirmed monthly injection bill. Ask for the total due now, renewal amount, prescribed quantity, covered period and any dose-related price changes.⁴

Included care and the people behind it

The pricing page expressly includes physician review, medication, injection supplies, temperature-controlled free shipping and ongoing provider access. It describes monthly check-ins and the ability to ask questions around the clock. This is an advertised access model, not a guaranteed response time or round-the-clock live consultation. Automatic monthly refills are described on both pricing and return-policy pages.^3,6

The May 2026 terms identify Whoosh Holding Co LLC, doing business as Whoosh Wellness, as the platform operator, which connects patients with providers and pharmacies rather than making medical decisions itself. The FAQ identifies clinical providers as Wasef Health, PC, c/o Michael Wasef MD. These company disclosures do not independently verify credentials or establish which clinician will treat an individual patient.^5,7

The process page says most reviews take one to two hours and delivery typically arrives within three days; the FAQ says most patients are approved within 24 hours. Treat those as estimates, not an approval or arrival guarantee. Eligibility requires age 18 or older and presence in a state where services are available; the terms expressly say meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee treatment.^5,7,8

Compounding, pharmacy and medication evidence

The public pages describe a network of 503A/503B pharmacies, third-party batch testing and accredited partners. The About page mentions PCAB and USP standards. Those are the company's quality claims; the reviewed pages do not identify the pharmacy assigned to a particular tirzepatide prescription or establish that every prescription comes from a 503B facility.^3,9

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

The May 2026 terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation is available through the patient portal or care@whooshwellness.com. It stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then. Payments already made are not refunded; no exact advance notice interval is stated.⁵

Prescription products are compounded to order, cannot be returned for reuse or resale, and are described as final sales. The return policy directs filling-error concerns to customer service and damaged-delivery concerns to the care team. It does not promise a particular refund or replacement outcome.^5,6

The site separately promises no charge unless a provider approves the prescription, and nothing owed if the applicant does not qualify. That is a pre-approval billing protection, not an explicit promise to refund a settled payment after approval. Confirm the next charge date and cancellation confirmation before relying on a renewal stop.^3,5

Privacy and the decision to enroll

The July 2026 privacy policy describes account, transaction, device and usage information, with operational, analytics, clinical and pharmacy sharing. Its separate April 29, 2026 HIPAA notice names Whoosh Holding Co LLC and describes treatment, payment, operational uses and patient rights. Published notices are not independent verification of compliance; clarify the treating practice's record and privacy arrangements.^10,11

Whoosh's strongest public features are its stated care inclusions, named clinical group and readable cancellation policy. Its main comparison problem is reconciling starting prices, plan denominators and the actual supplied prescription.
