Its legal terms also require attention: subscription language describes a two-month minimum despite one-month options and cancel-anytime product copy.^3,4,5

Match the price to the program and term

The public product menu lists Any-Dose monthly equivalents of $396, $366, $336 and $296, with corresponding one-, two-, four- and six-month totals of $396, $732, $1,344 and $1,776. Low-Dose equivalents are $296, $266, $236 and $196, with totals of $296, $532, $944 and $1,176. The public menu initially selects the four-month Any-Dose plan at $1,344 billed every four months; switching to Low-Dose initially selects two months at $532 billed every two months. These defaults are not the lowest advertised monthly equivalents. A public menu is not a personal quote or an accepted payment agreement.⁴

The Low-Dose program is labeled for up to 5 mg weekly. That is a product restriction, not a recommendation to start, increase or maintain that dose. An individual clinician must determine whether treatment and a particular prescription are appropriate. The lowest $196 equivalent corresponds to the six-month Low-Dose plan, not a universal month-to-month tirzepatide rate.⁴

Cancellation copy needs a written answer
