Invyncible’s standard compounded tirzepatide injection page displays $210 and four-week program options. That is not a confirmed calendar-month, all-dose or delivered total. The page’s dose and vial labels conflict, its FAQ says prices can rise with the selected program, and overnight cold shipping needs to be included in your final cost comparison.^3,4,5

What does the displayed $210 cover?

The current product page shows $210 against a crossed-out $300 figure. Its dropdown describes four-week programs, but the public display does not establish a complete price ladder for every selection. Ask for the price of the prescribed program and shipping before ordering. A crossed-out reference price alone does not prove a particular saving or what another patient previously paid.³

The FAQ explicitly says cost can increase with treatment, dose program, medication amount, formulation and pharmacy pricing. A low entry price therefore should not be treated as a dose-flat ongoing rate. The Terms say the total price for a purchased Medical Group service includes that group’s charge and that an itemized invoice will be shown before purchase; confirm the actual care, medication and delivery components rather than assuming all services are included in $210.^4,6

Resolve the product-label mismatch before treatment

The dropdown starts at 2.5 mg weekly with 10 mg for four weeks, while the description starts at approximately 2.25 mg weekly with a 9 mg vial. Later options also differ: the dropdown’s highest listed program says 12.5 mg weekly/60 mg, while the description says approximately 11.25 mg weekly/45 mg. These are inconsistent product descriptions, not interchangeable dosing instructions.³

Have the prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacist confirm the exact preparation, concentration, vial quantity and written directions. Do not calculate an injection from either website list or change a dose yourself. The page itself calls its examples illustrative and leaves the dosing schedule and vial size to the provider.³

Who provides care and fills the prescription?

Invyncible is a Nationwide Telemedicine, LLC brand. Its Terms distinguish the administrative platform from independent medical practices, including Nationwide Telemedicine Medical Group, P.A. A provider must assess appropriateness and issue a prescription; buying a program does not guarantee treatment. The platform itself is not the dispensing pharmacy.^3,6

Its current network page names Empower, Strive, Center City, Partell, PerfectRx and MFV Compounding Pharmacy, with contact information. Patients can request pharmacy choice or a prescription copy, subject to provider review, pharmacy capability and applicable requirements. An outside pharmacy can change pricing, availability, shipping time and fulfillment conditions. Confirm the actual facility assigned to your order; the listing is not an independent license or accreditation check.^4,7

The named product excludes Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota and Oregon. Use those product-specific restrictions rather than assuming a broader platform coverage statement makes this program available in your state.³

Manual refills and payment authorization

Refills are not automatic. The FAQ recommends requesting one at least a week before medication runs out; it notes that patients on programs lasting roughly four to five weeks often request around week three. That is ordering guidance, not a dosing schedule or guaranteed delivery date. Ask about your next review and processing requirements before you need the refill.⁴

Payment is described as a temporary authorization at checkout, finalized only if a physician approves. If the prescription is not approved, the pending authorization is released, with the bank determining how long it remains visible. This protects against finalizing an unapproved order; it is not a promise to refund every settled payment after consultation, prescribing or shipment.⁴

Processing, shipping and delivery problems

The shipping policy normally allows five to seven business days after payment confirmation for processing, with availability and verification able to affect timing. The product requires refrigeration and overnight shipping; the shipping policy says refrigerated programs have only Overnight Cold Shipping at checkout. Overnight transit therefore does not mean next-day arrival after placing an order. The reviewed pages do not publish an actual shipping dollar amount.^3,5
