The site advertises a free consultation, free shipping and “Cancel Anytime.” Its Terms place a different boundary on medication returns: dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned, while refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders are processed within five to ten business days. Confirm the selected order and financial cutoff before treating a marketing phrase as a refund promise.^3,6

Read the monthly quantity, not a weekly dose

The tirzepatide listing labels its options 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mg per month. Those are monthly quantity labels. They do not prescribe that amount each week or determine which option is appropriate for an individual. Ask the clinician and pharmacist for the actual weekly instructions, concentration and quantity supplied before using medication.^4,5

The $399 bundle sits beside the monthly options, but the displayed label does not establish which quantities are included, how the prescription changes over its term or whether all medication ships together. Dividing its price by three would not create a verified month-to-month offer. Request the total due, supplied medication and refill arrangement for that particular bundle.⁵

Semaglutide has its own quantities and prices in the same shop. Its lower starting figure is not a tirzepatide quote. They also say refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders will be processed within five to ten business days, and reserve the ability to cancel when a physician finds the medication inappropriate. That processing period does not establish that every payment qualifies for a full refund or specify an automatic clinical-denial refund.⁶

“Cancel Anytime” does not identify the precise moment a pending order becomes committed, a renewal deadline or whether an order already being prepared can still be stopped. Ask for the actual cancellation channel, next charge date, treatment-period commitment and any retained charges before authorizing a recurring or prepaid purchase.
