Bodi Envi Tirzepatide Review: Monthly and Prepaid Prices

Bodi Envi publishes $229 billed monthly for personalized compounded tirzepatide, alongside prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month options. The lower monthly-equivalent figures on prepaid cards are comparisons, not monthly installments. Choosing a longer term changes both the amount paid now and the refund exposure.³

Monthly purchase versus prepaid totals

The tirzepatide pricing card lists $657 for three months, $1,230 for six months and $2,100 for twelve months, each paid once. Their displayed monthly equivalents are $219, $205 and $175. The prepaid FAQ explicitly says the full amount is paid at the beginning of the term and medication is shipped three months at a time.³

Every plan lists provider review, medication if prescribed, personalized guidance, messaging and shipping. Approval is required; paying or completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Confirm the actual quantity, preparation and refill arrangements rather than treating the term length as a dosing instruction.

Cancellation is different from a refund

The generic FAQ says future plans can be paused or canceled without long-term commitments or cancellation fees. The refund policy adds important restrictions: after a provider-led review is completed and a prescription issued, it says an order cannot be canceled or refunded. It separately restricts changes after pharmacy submission and describes processed-refill/shipping-label finality.⁴

The policy says patients who do not qualify after review are refunded, but partial refunds are not given on three-, six- or twelve-month purchases. Canceling future orders therefore should not be understood as a promise to recover an unused portion of a prepaid term. The pricing FAQ uses a processed-and-sent-to-pharmacy cutoff; ask which rule governs the selected purchase before paying.^3,4

For dispensing-error concerns, the policy directs contact with the dispensing pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery. It also treats carrier-confirmed delivery as completed and says a reported missing package after confirmation requires a patient-paid replacement. These limitations are not a universal refund or replacement guarantee.⁴

Who provides care and medication

Bodi Envi describes itself as the platform and names Wasef Health, PC as the clinical provider organization. Its Terms identify BODI ENVI, LLC as site operator and also use the name Wasef Health, P.A. The differing suffixes should be clarified rather than assumed to describe a verified corporate relationship.^5,6

The pharmacy FAQ names VialsRx for personalized compounded programs and says the prescription label and care team identify the pharmacy applicable to an individual treatment. That is a public partner disclosure, not independent verification of licensing, facility class or a personal assignment. Brand-name products use other partners; those roles should not be merged with the compounded program.⁵
