altRX’s named compounded GLP-1/GIP page displays $149 per month and identifies the preparation as tirzepatide. Its “No Price Hike” and cancel-anytime wording should be read with the formal subscription agreement and refund policy, which impose specific notice and payment-finality conditions.^3,5

Confirm the selected plan before comparing the headline

The page describes consultations, a personalized care plan, prescription fulfillment when appropriate and shipping. It also lists injection supplies. Obtain the actual selected term, supplied quantity, first charge and renewal. A monthly product label does not establish the total due for every longer bundle or guarantee a particular prescription.³

The Arc-1 review shows why a dose-labeled product option still needs a quantity and supply period before its price can be compared. Keep the prescribed amount separate from the payment term.

The Terms describe a bundled amount covering the platform, clinical service and pharmacy portions, collected through the payment arrangement. The stated exception is provider-initiated medical disqualification, which refunds the unused portion after deducting services already rendered. Those deductions can include consultations, review of intake or records, issued prescriptions, dispensed or shipped medication, and ordered or completed laboratory work. This is not an unconditional full-refund guarantee for every nonapproval.⁵

The footer names OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and affiliated practices for clinical care, while the Terms distinguish altRx’s nonclinical services from OpenLoop’s platform role. These are published relationships, not independent confirmation of an individual pharmacy assignment, present licensure or a universal 503A classification.^3,4

A dated FDA letter remains relevant

FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter identifies Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC dba altRx and the company website. It criticizes pictured branding suggesting altRx compounded the drugs and claims that could imply compounded products had been evaluated or approved. Those are dated agency findings, not proof of a ban, later closeout or the outcome of a current order.⁶

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.⁷ The original clinical references concern specific trial products and protocols; they do not validate this platform’s testimonials or establish equivalence of its compounded preparation.^1,2
