AlyveRx Tirzepatide Review: Injection, Drops and Billing

AlyveRx currently lists compounded tirzepatide injection from $283 per month. Its homepage separately lists tirzepatide sublingual drops from $249 per month and branded Mounjaro from $1,395. These are different products and starting prices—not one flat rate for every route or dose.^3,4

The useful feature is being able to compare named formats before assessment. The main cautions are the evidence gap for compounded drops and the Terms’ generally nonrefundable processed orders. Confirm the prescribed formulation, supply, total fees and renewal schedule before authorizing payment.⁵

Keep the injection, drops and brand prices separate

Both the current homepage and named compounded-injection page show the $283 starting figure; the homepage explicitly labels it monthly. The product page describes a weekly injectable treatment, a 5 mL vial and home kit, with free expedited shipping. Vial volume alone does not establish its concentration, total drug quantity or the dose appropriate for you.^3,4

A “from” figure does not prove the same bill at every dose. Ask what prescribed quantity and plan the advertised price covers, whether any consultation or other fee is additional, and what the next charge will be. The separate $249 drops figure should not be presented as the injection price or a clinically interchangeable alternative.^3,4,5

The homepage also lists Mounjaro, Ozempic and Wegovy at separate branded prices. That catalog does not guarantee that any one brand is appropriate, available or included in a compounded plan. Sublingual convenience is not evidence of equivalence

AlyveRx markets PermeAct delivery technology for injection-free products and describes research on its delivery system. Those claims do not by themselves establish that its compounded tirzepatide drops have the same absorption, dose equivalence, safety or weight-loss outcomes as an approved injectable product. Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the specific formulation and how response and adverse effects will be monitored.³

The site's FAQ acknowledges that compounded medications are not FDA-reviewed or approved for safety or effectiveness. Its advertised weight-loss percentages and testimonials should not be read as independently verified outcomes for every AlyveRx product or as a forecast for you.^3,4

Independent clinicians and a pharmacy network

The Terms identify Alyve, Inc. as a managed-services platform rather than a medical practice. Independent clinicians make treatment decisions. Prescription fulfillment is coordinated with a pharmacy network, and patients may request a pharmacy of their choice. The reviewed pages do not identify the actual preparing or dispensing facility for an individual prescription.⁵

The homepage advertises regular check-ins, on-demand medical support and side-effect support. Confirm how you contact the clinical team, when further assessments are needed and which services the price includes. General support claims do not establish unlimited scheduled visits or a particular clinician response time.³

The Terms limit care to adults physically located where affiliated providers are licensed. Confirm your location and treatment eligibility; do not infer access from a nationwide website or a testimonial. The platform describes direct-pay care and says it does not bill insurance or provide prior-authorization services. Any attempt to seek reimbursement is the patient’s own responsibility, without a coverage guarantee.⁵

Recurring billing and refund exceptions

Certain plans renew automatically at the frequency disclosed at checkout. The Terms allow cancellation through account settings or support before the next billing date. They do not supply one universal notice period for every plan. Save the selected renewal date, amount and cancellation instructions before purchasing.⁵

Once an order is processed, charges are generally nonrefundable. The Terms list possible exceptions for product damage, loss in transit or treatment unavailability. They do not establish a blanket full refund whenever an initial clinician assessment does not result in a prescription; obtain that rule before paying rather than assuming it.⁵

If a prescribed treatment becomes unavailable because of supply, regulation or circumstances outside the platform's control, the Terms say an unshipped prepaid portion may qualify for a prorated refund. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days. A provider may recommend an alternative, which the patient may accept or instead request a refund or platform credit. This is a specific unavailability provision, not a general right to return dispensed medication.⁵

The Terms retain placeholders for some support and governing-law details, although the footer and contact section list support@alyverx.com. Confirm working cancellation instructions and the applicable agreement before payment; a placeholder should not be mistaken for a completed policy detail.⁵

Does the drug work? (Separate from the provider)

Judge the provider on price, oversight and disclosure; judge the molecule on its trials. Tirzepatide's are strong — roughly 15–21% of body weight over 72 weeks in SURMOUNT-1¹, and better than semaglutide head-to-head² — but they were run on the brand drug at FDA-approved doses.
