The public pages reviewed did not establish the selected tirzepatide preparation, complete price schedule or supplied quantity. Confirm those details before treating $299 as a flat tirzepatide price.^3,5

The site advertises a base-plan price lock, but its own FAQ excludes the first-time discount from that promise. We could not verify a separate agreement establishing an unconditional $299 lifetime tirzepatide price. This review examines public information without completing an intake, creating a patient account or purchasing treatment.

Separate the starting amount from a prescription quote

The program description groups clinical care, necessary blood work, shipping and a four- or twelve-week medication supply under its general headline. It describes monthly plans as automatically billed and shipped monthly, and three-month plans as automatically billed every three months with the full supply shipped together. The same policy rejects medication refunds after shipment and excludes completed or partially completed membership periods. Canceling a future charge and recovering an existing payment are separate requests. Ask which stage your order has reached and keep written confirmation before assuming that an unshipped package is refundable.⁴

Obtain the treating clinician’s name, clinical practice and current authorization for your location. Ask for the preparing and dispensing pharmacy’s legal name, address and relevant state authority. Also request the prescribed ingredients, concentration, total milligrams, storage instructions and beyond-use date. General claims about licensed facilities or testing do not identify your actual preparation.

The homepage names Dr. Ritu Chopra as chief medical advisor. An advisory title does not establish that he reviews every intake or is the assigned prescriber. Current certification, BBB rating and incorporation history were not independently verified for this review.³

Keep advertised timelines and clinical approval separate

The support FAQ describes ordering, medical review and pharmacy fulfillment in separate steps. Its two-to-four-business-day delivery statement follows a prescription; it is not a guarantee of approval or an arrival deadline measured from the first website visit.⁶ Do not make treatment or financial plans around an unconditional twenty-four-hour prescription promise.
