Zealthy Tirzepatide Review: Membership, Prepay & Refund Rules

Zealthy’s pricing page displays a $39 starting card, while its own cost FAQ says the first month is $49. Both sections show $135/month for the continuing membership, and the page describes medication as a separate cost that varies. Confirm the selected introductory offer before paying; the page does not reconcile those two starting amounts. Its linked Weight Loss FAQ advertises tirzepatide as low as $216 per month in an answer about buying a three-month supply, subject to eligibility and treatment plan. The medication expression does not establish a separately payable monthly purchase or a full membership-plus-drug bill.^3,7

The first payment and selected bundle need confirmation

The starting and membership cards describe assessment, review, prescription access if appropriate and coordination. The same page says medication prices vary with the medicine and insurance coverage. Confirm what the starting payment buys, the continuing membership charge and the separate prescription cost; a membership promotion is not the medication price.³

The subscription policy says ordinary membership does not inherently include medication or pharmacy fulfillment. It expressly distinguishes Zealthy Tirzepatide + Doctor, which includes medication and fulfillment with membership. Confirm whether the actual order is that bundle, a separate membership or another program before adding fees together.⁴

The FuturHealth review provides a membership-cost contrast: its Terms exclude medication from subscription fees and limit the membership-refund guarantee. Compare the actual included services, separate prescription charges and refundable fee portion before treating a bundled headline or canceled membership as a refund of the whole treatment purchase.^8,9

The linked FAQ says medication is charged only if prescribed, with payment processed after the provider sends the prescription to a partner pharmacy. That is a medication-charge statement, not a promise to refund membership or consultation fees when treatment is declined. It also qualifies the three-month medication offer by clinical appropriateness, eligibility, plan and changing availability.⁷

Recurring membership and cancellation

The policy authorizes automatic renewal for the selected membership period until canceled, even if services were not used. Cancellation must occur before renewal through the account’s membership-management flow. It generally ends future billing while access continues to the paid-term end, without a prorated refund for that current term.⁴

Trials and promotions can convert to the full nonpromotional rate. A specific provision offers support contact when a trial was canceled at least 36 hours before its end but the membership fee was inadvertently charged. That is not a universal thirty-six-hour cancellation deadline for every paid treatment plan.⁴

Prescription and service finality are separate

The policy calls prescriptions nonrefundable after they are issued and filled, when pharmacy preparation has begun. Its later cancellation section separately describes finality once medication is shipped. Do not assume every unshipped order remains refundable; ask for the actual preparation status and governing agreement.^4,5

Consultation, provider-visit and membership charges are also described as nonrefundable. Wrong-medication or ordering errors are referred to support, but the reviewed documents do not establish an unconditional full nonapproval refund or automatic no-cost replacement. The policy says a reordered medication can bring another charge.^4,5

Platform, medical group and pharmacy roles

The Terms identify FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy and name Bruno Health, P.A., Outlast Health and affiliated groups in the medical-service arrangement. Their generic third-party-pharmacy and transfer-choice wording does not establish an individually assigned dispensing facility or independent current credentials.⁶

Confirm the clinician, pharmacy, formulation and supplied quantity before care.

Tirzepatide trials studied specific products and treatment protocols. Their findings do not establish results for this provider or equivalent outcomes for a compounded preparation. Confirm both your treatment plan and payment agreement before enrolling.^1,2
