Wholesome Clinic Tirzepatide Review: Bundles, Oral and Injectable Prices

Wholesome Clinic publishes separate injectable and oral compounded tirzepatide prices. The injectable program combines tirzepatide with niacinamide and lists $349 per month for months 1–2, $449 for months 3–4, and $549 from month 5 onward. Its broader $249–$549 range includes oral options; $249 is not the advertised injectable starting price.^3,4

Injectable and oral prices are different offers

The oral dissolving-tablet program lists $249 for its starter tier, $299 for intermediate and $349 for maintenance. These are separate formulations and price schedules. The published month labels describe the provider’s pricing structure; a clinician must determine any individual treatment changes.³

Ask which formulation is being prescribed, how much medication is supplied and what the next bill will be. A lower oral price does not establish equivalent absorption, effectiveness or safety compared with an injectable product. Promotional eligibility and the actual prescription quote also need confirmation.

Bundled care versus visit-only charges

The pricing page says its monthly bundles include ongoing medical consultations, customized prescription medication and home-delivery shipping, with no separate visit costs. Its $249–$549 tirzepatide range spans oral and injectable tiers.⁴

A different, à-la-carte section lists $149 for an initial weight-loss visit and $75 for a follow-up, with medication and laboratory costs separate. It describes alternative medication pathways and local-pharmacy purchases. Those visit fees should not simply be added to the all-inclusive tirzepatide bundle.⁴

The bundle’s stated inclusions do not establish that every laboratory test is included. Ask for any required testing costs and the total due under the specific care arrangement. Financing, insurance eligibility and reimbursement are separate questions; the website does not guarantee coverage.^3,4,5

Cancellation and refund terms need a written answer

The website Terms, updated June 4, 2026, discuss changing prices, insurance, service eligibility and clinical judgment. They do not establish a medication-specific cancellation deadline, an automatic-renewal schedule or a universal prescription-refund right.⁵

Before paying, request the applicable plan agreement: billing date, renewal amount, notice deadline, pharmacy-processing cutoff and treatment of an unissued or unshipped prescription. A monthly price alone does not answer those questions. The advertised November 4–15 promotion is a future offer relative to this October review and is not used as the ordinary price here.

Location, pharmacy and clinical context

Wholesome Clinic describes in-person care in Frisco, Texas, alongside telehealth subject to location and clinical eligibility. Confirm availability where you will physically receive care. Provider-reported licensing language does not independently verify current credentials or identify the pharmacy filling a particular prescription.^3,5
