The whole bill matters more than the monthly label

The homepage says shorter and monthly programs are available and advertises prescription, medication, check-ins and shipping without a separate membership fee. The displayed annual and monthly options do not establish every shorter program’s total, dose-specific supply or renewal authorization. Confirm the prescribed preparation, amount collected now, shipment schedule and any later charge.³

The refund policy and September consent also promise a full refund after nonapproval. The refund policy describes automatic full refunds to the original method after a clinician declines treatment, typically appearing within five to ten business days, depending on the bank. That conditional promise does not guarantee clinical approval or make an approved prepaid program refundable.⁶
