Stealth Tirzepatide Review: Combination Prices and Pharmacy Payment

Researched & written by Alan PierceClinical Pharmacology WriterUpdated

On this page

Stealth Health lists tirzepatide with glycine from $175 per month and a tirzepatide/B12/glycine combination from $140 per month. Its process says the pharmacy contacts the patient after clinical approval to confirm the prescription and collect payment.12

The platform operates in both Canada and the United States through separate legal entities. Its terms make currency and contractual responsibility depend on the patient's location, so the displayed product amounts should be confirmed in a complete U.S.-specific quote rather than silently assumed to settle every charge.3 We reviewed public information without an assessment or purchase.

These are different compounded combinations

The product pages name two injectable tirzepatide combinations, one with glycine and another with B12 plus glycine. They describe clinician-directed treatment and weekly injection rather than an interchangeable branded product.12

The lower displayed amount does not establish that the two formulations provide the same tirzepatide quantity or clinical effect. Ask which formulation the prescriber recommends, its concentration, weekly milligrams and number of doses. The addition of a vitamin or amino acid does not independently prove better tolerability, efficacy or longevity benefit.

Discuss approved treatment options as well. FDA states compounded GLP-1 medicines are not FDA-approved and do not undergo its premarket review for safety, effectiveness or quality.5 A combination's ingredient list is not clinical evidence of superiority.

Payment happens through more than one role

The weight-loss process describes selecting treatment without payment upfront, completing intake and obtaining prescriber review. If prescribed, the pharmacy contacts the patient for confirmation, payment and counseling. It also says the patient is not obligated to fill the prescription at the platform's pharmacy.4

This makes pharmacy choice and payment an important part of the comparison. Ask whether the product amount covers the medicine alone or includes all clinical services, supplies and shipping. Obtain any consultation, subscription or laboratory charges separately before authorizing payment.

A free assessment invitation is not proof that every future clinical encounter is free. The terms expressly contemplate consultation, subscription and product fees where applicable.3 Compare the complete arrangement with medication-inclusive platforms rather than treating the lowest product figure as the total care budget.

Confirm United States eligibility and currency

Stealth's terms identify Stealth Health Holdco, LLC as the U.S. contractual entity and a separate Ontario corporation for Canadian users. They describe U.S. dollar fees for U.S. patients and Canadian-dollar fees for Canadian users unless otherwise specified.3

The site's Canadian medical-team references therefore do not by themselves establish the individual clinician serving a U.S. patient. Obtain the treating practice, clinician, state eligibility and dispensing pharmacy for your case. A platform operating in two countries should not be described as one universal prescription network.

If a product page is shown without a clear jurisdiction, confirm the applicable price and currency before comparing it with a domestic program. Also verify whether the proposed compound can be supplied in your state.

Recurring care and refunds

The terms say recurring services renew at the current rate unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation can be made through account settings or support and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.3

They describe completed consultations as generally non-refundable, with other refunds reviewed individually or governed by the applicable product policy. They also describe separate no-show consequences.3 Obtain the chosen appointment and product agreement rather than assuming a universal satisfaction refund.

Ask whether pharmacy dispensing creates a different cancellation cutoff from the platform's service subscription. A decision not to fill a prescription, stopping future care and refunding medication already supplied are distinct requests.

  • Which pharmacy contacts me and can I choose another?
  • What cancellation rules apply separately to care and dispensing?

Supply and clinical instructions

Before filling the order, request the actual pharmacy identity, concentration, quantity, storage requirements and discard instructions. Do not convert milligrams to syringe units from another company's vial or an online calculator.

The public combination pages provide general treatment descriptions, but they are not a substitute for the prescription and pharmacy instructions. If the label, supply or shipment differs from the quote, resolve that before use. A dispensing pharmacist and the clinician should be identifiable and available for those questions.

Our assessment

Stealth offers a specific medication menu and a distinct pharmacy-payment model. The useful next step is a written, jurisdiction-specific quote showing the entire care and medication cost. The published combination prices alone do not establish all-in U.S. value or an advantage from added ingredients.

Compare other provider reviews, the care-options guide and approved Zepbound costs using the same dose, currency and service needs.
