RestorLife Med’s retained official homepage again returned 404 “DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND” on October 29, 2026. The same type of error was recorded in the earlier October 18 review. A public deployment error does not establish business closure, the end of existing care or the absence of every other way to contact the practice.3,5
