The decision is whether the four-week payment schedule and cancellation rules fit your budget. Obtain the selected prescription, supplied quantity and next billing date before paying. This assessment uses public information without treatment or a purchase.

Read the payment period beside the price

The product card describes a four-week cycle and advertises the same price across doses. Four weeks covers 28 days, which differs from a calendar month. Ask for the amount collected now, number of payments over your intended treatment period and any longer-plan commitment.¹

The page distinguishes weekly tirzepatide injections from daily oral semaglutide. A general reference to a GLP-1 pill is not evidence that Nolu offers oral tirzepatide. Have the clinician specify the medication, formulation and instructions rather than choosing from a category headline.¹

Cancel before the next billing cutoff

Nolu's June 15, 2026 cancellation policy requires the request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Requests can go through support or the patient account where available. A late request leaves the next cycle charged and takes effect in the following cycle.²

The policy describes a full refund within the first 72 hours of the subscription term only if no subscription services have been received. It also provides a medical-disqualification refund. For monthly billing, it excludes refunds for the current or prior months; for charges covering two or more months, it describes refunds for months without shipped medication. Confirm how those policy terms apply to your selected four-week or longer plan.²
