Mondae Tirzepatide Review: Plan Prices and Refund Terms

Mondae’s compounded tirzepatide selector offers one-, three- and six-month plans, with lower monthly equivalents on longer purchases.⁴ The displayed monthly rate and the full plan payment answer different budgeting questions.

Our assessment: compare the plan total, renewal schedule and cancellation terms together. An order stopped before dispensing is a different situation from one already supplied.⁵

The plan total belongs beside the monthly figure

The selector states no membership fee and no dose-based price increase.⁴ A lower monthly equivalent on a longer plan does not establish monthly installments.

Ask how much medication ships with each order, the intended supply period and whether the total is collected immediately. A plan described in months does not establish how many shipments it contains. Confirm any consultation, supplies or testing charges as part of the full order summary.

Delivery timing is separate from renewal timing

Mondae’s shipping policy distinguishes a one-time shipment from a subscription with recurring shipments. Standard delivery is included. That policy does not establish that every treatment renews on the same schedule.⁷

The payment terms leave subscription charge intervals and cancellation cutoffs to checkout.⁶ Obtain the next charge date and amount. A current 28-day billing rule was not confirmed; delivery dates cannot establish an annual charge count.

When cancellation and refunds may apply

The refund policy permits cancellation only before medication has been dispensed or shipped. It says a successfully canceled order before shipping receives a full refund; completed consultation fees remain nonrefundable. Ask support to confirm cancellation and the dispensing status, rather than assuming an unsent package means the order can still be stopped.⁵

For damaged or defective medication, the policy asks for notice within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and original packaging. It describes replacement first, with a refund if replacement is not possible.⁵

Section 15 addresses unavailable treatment: it provides for a prorated refund of the prepaid plan’s unshipped portion, accounting for treatment supplied, or an eligible alternative-treatment credit.⁶

That exception is not a general promise to refund every unused term when a patient chooses to leave. Ask how it applies to your circumstances, including how the unshipped amount is calculated. Keep the order, terms and written response together.

Identify the care team and dispensing pharmacy

The terms identify Bask Telehealth LLC in the telehealth arrangement and distinguish Mondae from the medical service.⁶ Ask which practice manages your prescription and how you reach the clinician.

The product page does not name your assigned pharmacy. Request the dispensing facility’s legal name and contact details before fulfillment.⁴
