Paying three months up front brings that to $124 a month, billed as a single $372. Both numbers sit on a public product page behind nothing more than a plan-length toggle, and both were read there on 1 September 2026.¹

The homepage figures are the prepay rates

The homepage grid advertises compounded tirzepatide From $124/mo and compounded semaglutide From $75/mo, and neither of those is a monthly rate. They are the three-month prepay figures, and the standing month-to-month rates are $126 and $87. The gap is small on tirzepatide and close to a seventh of the price on semaglutide, but the label is wrong on both. The hero above that grid reads Prices start from $87, while the lowest figure in the grid beneath it is the $63 glutathione rate.

A month here is 28 days

The intake's plan card says it plainly — shipped every 28 days, billed every 28 days — where the product page calls the same interval a month. That works out to thirteen charges in a year rather than twelve. It is worth running that on a calculator before setting this figure against a calendar-month price somewhere else, and worth saying that Mondae states the cadence rather than hiding it.

The pharmacy question, and how narrowly it is answered

Mondae names one pharmacy, Greenwich, and it appears only on the sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione pages. The two GLP-1 product pages carry no pharmacy control and no pharmacy name, and the class language there stops at a licensed compounding pharmacy. A census across the site's pages and policies found neither 503A nor 503B anywhere on the domain. The disclosure is real, in other words, but it is scoped to three products that are not the one this review is about.
