MangoRx Tirzepatide Review: What Happened to Trim?

Published by Tirzepatide ReportUpdated

On this page

A documented Trim history and a separate Slim product; confirm any current tirzepatide proposal.

Standout details

  • Company filings explain the former Trim product
  • Current platform terms and refund documents are public

Things to consider

  • Current tirzepatide ordering and complete bill remain unconfirmed
  • Nonapproval refund promises conflict with consultation-fee retention

MangoRx’s former Trim tirzepatide product should not be treated as a current offer. In its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, Mangoceuticals reports a June 23, 2025 agreement with Eli Lilly to stop marketing and selling its tirzepatide-based Trim products on the MangoRx website.1

That disclosure answers a more useful question than an old price comparison: what happened to Trim? A separate 2025 branded-drug announcement and today’s Slim product concern different arrangements. Neither establishes a current MangoRx tirzepatide prescription, medication quote or ordering route.

Trim, Slim and the branded-drug announcement

In its October 3, 2024 launch announcement, Mangoceuticals described Trim as a compounded oral dissolvable tirzepatide tablet. That dated product announcement is not a current dispensing agreement. It also does not establish that the tablet delivers the results seen in studies of injected tirzepatide.2

Today’s weight-loss page instead describes Slim as oral semaglutide with vitamin B6. Semaglutide is a different medication. Slim’s price, directions and preparation cannot supply the missing details of a Trim or Zepbound offer.3

Products and dates

Product or announcementWhat the evidence supports
Trim: 2024 launch; 2025 agreementTirzepatide oral tablet; disclosed commitment to stop website marketing and sales
Branded prescribing: 2025 announcementHistorical $99 care fee; medication separate; no manufacturer partnership
Slim: current weight-loss pageSemaglutide + B6; not a tirzepatide quote
Dated product announcements do not establish a current tirzepatide order. Sources: company SEC filings and current weight-loss page.

On November 13, 2025, Mangoceuticals clarified that it had no direct contractual relationship with Lilly or Novo Nordisk. Its announcement described a third-party prescribing arrangement for branded medications, including Zepbound, with a then-advertised $99 monthly care fee and medication charged separately. Those are dated announcement terms, not a verified November 2026 price or enrollment option.4

Lilly separately denied an affiliation or partnership with Mangoceuticals. A valid prescription sent through an available dispensing channel is different from a manufacturer partnership. Neither statement confirms that a particular reader can currently obtain Zepbound through MangoRx.5

Who provides the care and medication?

Current general terms name Mangoceuticals, Inc., doing business as MangoRx, as a technology platform rather than the healthcare provider. They describe medical groups and contracted clinicians, and name Epiq Scripts in prescription fulfillment. Those disclosures do not verify the clinician or pharmacy assigned to a new prescription.6

Before paying for any proposed tirzepatide service, request the actual product, route, prescriber, pharmacy, supplied quantity and complete first and continuing charges. Our pharmacy verification guide explains how to check the assigned dispenser. Historical Trim material cannot answer these current order questions.

The FAQ permits a preferred pharmacy, but the terms mention transfer fees and also contain language waiving pharmacy choice after prescribing. Those statements need reconciliation. Ask whether the proposed prescription can actually be sent elsewhere, what transfer costs apply and whether the preparation would change. Do not assume a general pharmacy-choice statement guarantees your selected order can be transferred.6,7

Refund wording needs clarification before payment

The current FAQ advertises free provider visits and no mandatory subscription. It also promises a full refund when a provider declines treatment and cancels the order.7 However, the currently served refund policy says a post-appointment GLP-1 nonapproval can leave an $80 video-consultation or $70 phone-consultation charge. It also permits certain refunds for prescription errors or cancellation before filling.8

Ask which promise governs before authorizing a charge, especially if the consultation is advertised as free. The refund page is labeled January 2025; it is not a selected Trim agreement.8

Ask which terms govern

SituationPublished wording to clarify
Provider declines treatmentFAQ: full refund; GLP-1 policy: $80 video or $70 phone consultation retained
Cancel an appointmentAt least 24 hours’ notice under refund policy
Stop an auto-renewing productAt least 48 hours before renewal under terms
Currently served general policies have different language and 2025 revision labels; no selected tirzepatide agreement was verified.

Appointment cancellation and subscription cancellation have separate triggers. The refund policy requests at least 24 hours’ appointment notice; the general terms require at least 48 hours before renewal for auto-renewing products. The terms also contain final-sale wording, so do not assume cancellation reverses an already processed prescription.6,8

The FAQ describes optional auto-refills processing every 25 days. That is a general platform description, not proof of a current tirzepatide subscription or a calendar-month supply.7 Our refund and cancellation guide explains the distinction between stopping future charges and reversing a completed order.

Frequently asked questions

Can I currently order Trim tirzepatide from MangoRx?

Current ordering was not verified. Mangoceuticals’ 2026 filing reports a 2025 agreement to stop marketing and selling Trim on its website. Historical tablet materials are not an active offer.

Was the $99 announcement a complete Zepbound price?

No. The November 2025 announcement described a monthly care fee with medication separate. It does not establish today’s fee, medication price or availability, and both the company clarification and Lilly statement distinguish prescribing from a manufacturer partnership.

Will I receive a full refund if treatment is declined?

The FAQ promises one, but the GLP-1 refund policy describes retaining $80 for a video consultation or $70 for a phone consultation after nonapproval. Obtain written confirmation of the terms for your selected order.
