Lumen Meds has a public tirzepatide price, but its pages do not agree on the offer. The dedicated GLP-1 landing page lists $191.99 per month for compounded tirzepatide. The homepage also displays $195.82 and zero-dollar amounts. Confirm the recurring amount and any introductory offer before paying.^1,2

A displayed price is not a settled order total

The landing page describes a bundle covering clinician consultation, medication, shipping and ongoing support. Its broader starting headline belongs to semaglutide; use the tirzepatide-specific amount when asking about your prescription.¹

The homepage's zero-dollar program cards do not establish free treatment. We could not establish a coherent first-order and renewal schedule across these pages. Ask which offer applies, how much is due now, how many weeks it covers and what each renewal will cost. Do not multiply one display by twelve until the billing interval and commitment are clear.²

Cancellation promises conflict with the written policy

The landing page describes cancellation without fees or contracts. The separate refund policy instead specifies a three-month commitment and an early-exit charge tied to a retail monthly amount. That policy itself lists the medication retail amounts as $0.00, leaving the fee calculation unclear. Do not assume either a free exit or a known penalty.^1,3

The policy describes monthly automatic renewal, a $99 deduction for successful cancellation before medical intake, and no refund once intake is completed. It also addresses nonrefundable prescriptions after pharmacy processing and a full refund when the doctor rejects the prescription. These are different events; ask which provision governs your selected order.³

Before submitting intake or payment, request the applicable terms in a form you can save. Ask whether stopping future billing ends the remaining commitment and whether any unshipped portion can be canceled. A dashboard cancellation button does not answer those questions.

The platform, prescriber and pharmacy are separate

The partner page, dated December 8, 2025, names The Pharmacy Hub and MD Integrations. That is a useful disclosure missing from our earlier account. It does not confirm which clinician or pharmacy will handle your own prescription. Ask for the assigned practice, dispensing location and refill contact.⁴

The terms identify Lumen Meds LLC and describe independent clinical decisions. They also allow requesting a different pharmacy before ordering. Ask how that changes the quoted bundle and which organization receives each payment; a platform fee and a pharmacy purchase may have different cancellation rules.⁵
