Emerge Weight Loss publishes compounded tirzepatide injections from $224 per four weeks at the listed 2.5 mg starting dose. The payment period is four weeks, not a calendar month, and higher prescribed doses have different prices. Its regular injection plans advertise medication, supplies, medical oversight and overnight shipping together.³

The more useful comparison is the ongoing dose price and cancellation stage, rather than a testimonial or a general starting figure. Emerge uses recurring subscriptions, with fees and possible medication adjustments when an order is stopped.

Current injection prices and separate maintenance costs

The published four-week schedule is $224 at 2.5 mg, $239 at 5 mg, $249 at 7.5 mg and $269 at 10 mg. The page lists $279 at 12.5 mg and $289 at 15 mg for existing patients only. These are the company’s price categories, not directions to start, increase or transfer a dose. A prescriber decides the appropriate treatment.³

Emerge also advertises a maintenance arrangement with $49 per four weeks for supervision and care-team access, plus $99 per vial for refills. That is a different payment structure from its bundled injection plans. The vial’s prescribed quantity and duration matter; $49 alone is not the medication-inclusive maintenance bill. Its oral dissolvable tirzepatide offer is another separate preparation, not an equivalent version of the injectable program.³

Who provides the care and medication?

The About page identifies Sherryl Ashberg, M.D., as medical director and lists nurse practitioners and other team members. Those are company-published biographies, not an independent license check or a promise that a particular physician will personally conduct every consultation. The Terms say support is provided by text and email and that Emerge does not provide phone-based clinical care.^5,7

The FAQ names Alchemist, Empower, South Lake, Innovation, Strive and Hallandale in its shipping arrangements. A partner list does not identify the dispenser for an individual order. The FAQ describes 503A preparation, while the Terms also refer to 503B partners; confirm the actual pharmacy, formulation and prescription label rather than treating either general description as verification of your medication.^5,6

The FAQ excludes California and warns that medication availability can vary with state requirements and pharmacy limitations. Confirm your current location before paying. Overnight shipping describes transportation after preparation; the FAQ separately discusses pharmacy lead times and says the exact shipping date is not known in advance.⁶

Cancel before the pharmacy order, not just before delivery

The cancellation policy charges a $10 refund-processing fee after payment but before the medication order is submitted to the pharmacy. The FAQ asks patients to cancel by text or email and says there is no minimum commitment, but that does not promise a refund after preparation or shipment.^4,6

The policy also reserves the right to recover the cost of an extra week when a shipment contains more medication than has been paid for and the patient cancels before a second order. Ask how that provision applies to your supplied quantity. A recurring four-week service and a per-vial purchase are not the same arrangement.⁴

Shipping delays outside Emerge’s control are excluded from its refund policy. That financial rule does not establish whether a specific delayed or warm shipment remains suitable to use; contact the dispensing pharmacy about the actual preparation. No universal initial medical-denial refund is established by these public cancellation provisions.⁴
