DudeMeds tirzepatide review
No membership and no doctor fee — but the 'from $149' on the ad does not exist at checkout.

How the program works
A men's telehealth platform selling semaglutide and tirzepatide in both oral and injectable formats with no membership fee, no doctor fee and free shipping — an all-in structure that is genuinely simpler than most. Consultations are asynchronous in most states, and it accepts patients switching in from an existing GLP-1 or TRT provider. Two things to go in with your eyes open about: the advertised 'from $149/month' is not a plan you can actually buy, and its own dose tiers are inconsistently labelled — a 'high dose' tier and a 'low dose' tier both list 5 mg per week at very different prices.
What we like
- No membership fee and no separate doctor fee — the monthly figure is the whole bill
- Both oral and injectable formats for semaglutide and tirzepatide
- HSA and FSA eligible
- Accepts patients transferring from an existing GLP-1 or TRT provider rather than making them restart
- Asynchronous consultations in most states, with no video visit required
The caveats
- The advertised 'from $149/month' does not exist at checkout — the cheapest real plan is $175/month billed $525 up front
- Its own tier labelling is inconsistent: a 'high dose' and a 'low dose' tier both list 5 mg/week at $399 and $233 respectively
- State availability is not published, described only as 'most states'
- No visible LegitScript certification or PCAB accreditation
- Men's-only branding, and a newer brand with limited independent review coverage
