DrMedHealth Review: Current Information Site and Former Care

DrMedHealth’s current website describes a free general health-information service, rather than a new medication-purchase program. Its Terms say it does not sell products, prescribe or dispense medication, or provide medical care. A visitor does not acquire a clinical relationship by using the site.^3,4

The website also acknowledges a former telehealth service. That distinction matters for both prospective visitors comparing tirzepatide providers and existing patients managing a prescription. It does not establish that the company has closed or that every existing care arrangement has ended.

What the current site offers

The homepage presents provider finding and AI-generated disease information. Several other tools, including medical chat, laboratory-report analysis and medication information, are labeled coming soon. A tools list is not evidence that a licensed clinician will assess a visitor or prescribe tirzepatide.³

The Roboclinic review separates AI information from advertised OpenLoop-affiliated clinical care. Its $189/month tirzepatide headline is tied to unspecified extended plans. Ask who actually prescribes and what commitment the bill covers; neither an AI interface nor a monthly label establishes treatment eligibility or the full payment.^6,7

The legal page identifies the operator as Public Health Solution LLC, with a Fredericksburg, Virginia address. That is the site’s disclosure, not an independent corporate-registration or professional-licensing check. Its Terms and privacy notice display an August 22, 2025 effective date; the page’s current availability does not make that document a newly issued 2026 policy.⁴

Do not use the older $299 tirzepatide or $199 semaglutide figures as current purchase quotes. The current Terms expressly describe free information tools and no product sales. That does not establish whether any separate existing patient has a continuing medication bill, refund right or care relationship.

An access error supports a narrower conclusion than an explicit service description. The NuvaHealth review records a DNS-error response on October 24, leaving its current offer unconfirmed. That does not establish an information-only role or closure. DrMedHealth’s role here comes from its affirmative Terms, rather than a failed page.⁸

Existing patients: follow the care arrangement

The legal footer tells people with an active prescription or ongoing care arranged through the former telehealth service to continue through their CareGLP patient portal, or use the published support contact for questions.⁴ This is guidance from the website; this review did not sign in, inspect an account or verify an individual prescription.

Use the clinician, pharmacy and agreement associated with the existing care arrangement to resolve refills, treatment changes, charges or cancellation. Do not infer that a free information website replaces that relationship, cancels an order, or changes the partner’s obligations.

The observed public Contact and Refund Policy links returned to the homepage during the check. The legal page still publishes support details. Those navigation results do not establish that existing patients lack support or refund rights, and they do not supply a current medication-return policy. Keep any prior agreement, pharmacy label and transaction confirmation available when asking the responsible service about a charge.

Historical FDA warning remains separate

FDA issued a warning dated June 8, 2026 to Public Health Solution LLC dba DrMedHealth, concerning misleading claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide observed on its website in March 2026.⁵ The warning is not proof that a current visitor can buy tirzepatide here or that any regulatory issue has been resolved.

Comparing medication care elsewhere

Tirzepatide research and the availability of this particular service are different questions. The trials in references 1 and 2 do not establish that the present information site provides medication or clinical care.^1,2 Our evidence guide explains the research separately.

If seeking a new treatment program, read the current terms of a clinician-led service before paying.
