Claya's current homepage advertises tirzepatide from $199/month with select multi-month plans, including medication if prescribed, provider review, ongoing support and shipping. A lower section instead labels the $199 offer a “Monthly Plan” and says medication ships every four weeks. Those statements do not settle the upfront commitment, selected supply or renewal bill. Confirm the applicable offer rather than treating the starting figure as an unconditional month-to-month total.³

The financial policies matter as much as the headline. Claya requires subscription cancellation at least two days before billing, and its refund policy makes a medication order—not just shipment—a key cutoff. The company names pharmacy partners and an operating entity, but those disclosures do not identify the clinician or dispenser assigned to an individual prescription.^5,6

What the price and membership pages establish

The $149 headline is attached to semaglutide, a different medication. The named tirzepatide card starts at $199 with the multi-month qualification. The separate monthly-plan section claims the same price regardless of dosage and four-week shipments. A four-week shipment is not by itself a calendar-month billing schedule or proof that a multi-month purchase can be canceled after one shipment.³

The membership page describes unlimited provider consultations, care-team access, nutrition and health coaching, expedited refills and access to discounted GLP-1 medication. It does not publish a separate membership charge or itemize the selected tirzepatide package. Once medication has been ordered, it says the patient is not eligible; past billing cycles are excluded. The policy also uses “issued” when describing prescription finality. Ask which event applies to your order rather than assuming that an unshipped package remains refundable.⁶

If a provider determines a patient is no longer eligible, the policy says the subscription will be canceled and a refund may be issued. It separately preserves responsibility for services and healthcare already rendered, and limits its scope to subscription fees. Obtain the retained amount and the governing policy before relying on a refund.⁶

They separate that platform from independent Medical Groups and Providers responsible for clinical decisions, and from third-party pharmacy services. These are company disclosures, not independent verification of incorporation, professional credentials or a particular patient's care arrangement.⁵

The footer and Terms name RedRock Pharmacy in Utah and “Healthware House” in Kentucky, with contact details. A partner list does not establish the assigned dispenser, pharmacy classification, ingredient source or preparation quality. The current homepage describes compounded GLP-1 medications; that does not establish the terms of an oral tirzepatide product.
