BeyondMD Tirzepatide Review: Starting Price & Refund Terms (2026)

BeyondMD’s named compounded tirzepatide injections page displays “Starting at $199”, while its page title says “Starts at $209.” Neither figure establishes a supplied period, prescribed quantity or complete payment schedule. Ask for a written medication-specific quote before treating either amount as a monthly cost.³

Starting offer and product choice

The named page describes free membership with provider access, program support and member benefits. That statement does not establish that every consultation, medication, lab or follow-up charge is included in the starting amount. Confirm the actual formulation, quantity, supply duration, first payment and later price before purchasing.³

The Breeze Meds review shows another limit to headline comparisons: its homepage advertises weight-loss injections starting at $199 without naming tirzepatide on that card. BeyondMD’s page does name tirzepatide, but its starting amount still does not specify the supply period. Verify the medication, preparation, quantity and payment period before treating these as comparable offers.^3,9

The weight-management category separately lists compounded injections, an oral tirzepatide program and a Zepbound consultation program. A consultation starting price is not a medication price, and an oral preparation should not be assumed equivalent to an injected product. Obtain the exact prescription and pharmacy details for the route being considered.⁴

Delivery form matters as much as the starting amount. The Lumora review examines visible oral-drop options with stated two- and three-month supplies; those cards do not establish an injectable price. Compare the prescribed form, supplied period and collection schedule before treating either service as the lower-cost option.⁷

Consultation fees and medical nonapproval

BeyondMD’s refund policy, revised September 2, 2026, says consultation, provider-evaluation and clinical-review fees become nonrefundable once the service has begun or been completed. If the clinician decides a requested medication is inappropriate, fees for medical services already provided remain nonrefundable. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.⁵

If BeyondMD cannot provide a purchased consultation or service and it has not been rendered, the policy says the applicable fee may be refundable. That is a different situation from receiving an assessment without the prescription requested. Ask which charge is being collected and when the professional service begins.⁵

Medical nonapproval does not have one universal refund rule. The DoctorAdam review examines a contrasting stated offer: its tirzepatide injection page calls the purchase a telehealth consultation and promises a full refund if medication is not prescribed. That is DoctorAdam’s stated condition, not a BeyondMD exception; confirm the selected agreement and which clinical charge is being collected.⁸

Pharmacy processing can end cancellation rights

The policy says a medication order generally cannot be canceled, returned or refunded after transmission to the pharmacy and the start of processing, preparation, compounding or dispensing. For compounded orders, it separately allows appropriate refunds or replacements for errors attributable to BeyondMD, the pharmacy or an applicable service provider.⁵

An earlier cancellation request is reviewed to determine whether the medication-related charge can be canceled or refunded; it is not a guaranteed refund. Contact customer service promptly rather than assuming that an unshipped order is still reversible.⁵

For damaged, incorrect, defective or missing medication, BeyondMD investigates with the pharmacy or carrier and may request documentation. Confirmed problems may lead to replacement, reshipment, credit or an appropriate refund. A shipping delay alone does not automatically qualify. Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method, with bank processing time separate.⁵

Future renewals and pharmacy choice

Canceling a recurring program stops future eligible charges under the applicable program terms; it does not retroactively refund completed services or medication already processed or supplied. The policy asks for notice before the next renewal or pharmacy-processing date but does not supply one universal hour-count deadline. Get the selected plan’s notice requirement and written confirmation.⁵

The Terms describe filling an issued prescription at a pharmacy of the patient’s choice. Confirm the actual dispensing facility and preparation; public pharmacy-class statements or badges do not independently establish current credentials or individual assignment.⁶
