Alloy Tirzepatide Review: Membership, Medicine & Refunds

Alloy’s named compounded-tirzepatide page displays starting at $100 for a one-month supply, alongside Alloy Weight Care at $99/month. Its weight-care overview expressly separates that care fee from medication. A broader medication-starting headline is not the selected tirzepatide quote, and the two starting amounts do not establish the complete individual bill.^3,4

Separate care membership from medication

The $99 care fee includes provider messaging, check-ins, side-effect management, dose adjustments and longer-term planning. A new-customer code advertises $50 off the first month of care, with medication additional. Confirm eligibility, the selected medication price, supplied quantity, initial care fee and continuing charges instead of assuming a universal discounted treatment total.^3,4

The MEDVi review also separates a care membership from medication cost, but its named offer concerns branded Zepbound rather than Alloy’s compounded preparation. Compare the complete care and medication bill for the actual prescription; a similar membership structure does not establish equivalent products, eligibility, coverage or total cost.⁶

The named page lists location exclusions including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Louisiana, Mississippi and the District of Columbia. Verify current eligibility before paying; general platform access does not guarantee that this particular prescription is available where you live.³

Membership and shipment deadlines are different

The Terms describe automatic subscription renewal unless canceled seven days before the current subscription period ends, through email or the account dashboard. Cancellation closes access at the paid period’s end. Separately, product-shipment cancellation or pausing requires five business days before the next scheduled shipment processing. Confirm both dates; calendar days, business days and shipment processing are not interchangeable.⁵

Subscription, membership, telemedicine consultation and other service-related fees are nonrefundable. The Terms distinguish physical-product refund eligibility from physical returns: products are not accepted back, including dispensed prescriptions. A request procedure therefore is not permission to return medication or a promise that service fees will be refunded.⁵

First-shipment refunds and replacements

The product refund procedure requires a request within 30 days of receipt, applies only to a product’s first shipment, and permits verification before approval. Later shipments are not eligible under that provision. Medication obtained directly from a manufacturer, such as through LillyDirect, is excluded from Alloy’s refund policy.⁵

For damaged or undelivered shipments, the Terms instead require contact within fourteen days of delivery or expected delivery and describe replacement as the sole remedy, not a cash refund. Ask which provision applies to the actual product and issue; a first-shipment request is not an unconditional refund for every reason.⁵

The reviewed public wording does not establish a universal full refund when a preferred prescription is declined. Obtain the medication authorization and any retained membership or consultation charges before assuming payment guarantees treatment or that cancellation reverses all charges.⁵

Confirm the responsible parties

The Terms identify Alloy Health, Inc. as distinct from independent medical practitioners. They name Curexa Pharmacy, BLEND Pharmacy and Gogo Pharmacy, and describe prescription-transfer choice. This is a published network, not proof of which facility handles an individual order or independent verification of current credentials.⁵

Clinical trials studied specific tirzepatide products and protocols. They do not establish this platform’s results, the effectiveness of a personalized low-dose regimen or equivalence of a compounded preparation. Confirm the actual medicine, clinician and pharmacy arrangement for the selected plan.^1,2
