MEDVi Tirzepatide Review: Zepbound Membership & Refunds

MEDVi’s named Zepbound injection card says $99 membership plus medication cost, with availability subject to change. That is not a $99 complete tirzepatide treatment quote. Obtain the drug cost, membership interval, supplied quantity, full first payment and continuing authorization for the selected route.³

Keep the named medication separate from generic pricing

The general GLP-1 starting headline does not establish a compounded-tirzepatide price. The expanded cost FAQ specifically names semaglutide at $179 for the first month and $299 for refills. Those amounts are not a Zepbound price or proof of a current all-in compounded-tirzepatide plan.³

The public cards and FAQ establish different scopes. A product not shown in a particular menu does not prove permanent discontinuation. Ask for the exact medication and formulation being offered rather than transferring a semaglutide price or a membership charge to another treatment.³

The Terms’ payment section says the final charge can vary with the prescribed medication and selected pharmacy. A completed consultation’s fees are described as nonrefundable, and prescription sales as final. Confirm the total before authorizing care; the displayed membership amount does not settle every potential charge.⁵

The Semaglutide Online review separates a branded medication estimate from a provider-care subscription, while distinguishing that arrangement from its compounded program. Compare the medication charge and required care fees together, and confirm the prescription-specific pharmacy quote before treating a membership or advertised drug amount as the complete cost.^6,7

Stop renewal at least seventy-two hours early

The cancellation policy says subscription membership begins after intake is completed and the first month is paid. Cancellation goes through customer support or patient-portal chat, with the request received at least 72 hours before the next billing date. A late request can leave the next scheduled charge in place and make cancellation effective in the subsequent billing cycle.⁴

Access continues through the current billing cycle after cancellation. Stopping future renewal does not by itself cancel a medication order, undo a completed consultation or establish a refund for the current term.^4,5

Keep both refund provisions in view

The policy states a full refund for medical disqualification. It also states a full refund when support is notified within the first 72 hours of the subscription term and no subscription services have been received. Both conditions apply to that early voluntary-cancellation provision; the hour count alone is not sufficient.⁴

For a monthly purchase, the policy says cancellation does not refund the cancellation month or earlier months. For a payment covering two or more months at a time, it says months for which no medication was shipped will be refunded. A later sentence, however, says no cancellation refund except for medical disqualification.⁴

These statements do not resolve one universal prepaid-refund rule. Obtain written confirmation for the actual purchase, including the services received, medication shipped and reason for cancellation. The separate Terms’ consultation and prescription-finality language must also be considered; neither the unshipped-month clause nor the broad exclusion should erase the other published exceptions.^4,5

Identify the clinical practice and pharmacy

The program footer names Triad Rx, RedRock Pharmacy and Beaker Pharmacy & Compounding as partners. It attributes medical treatment to CareGLP-affiliated professional entities and OpenLoop Health’s affiliated professional networks. The Terms separately describe MEDVi as a platform rather than the provider of medical or pharmacy services.^3,5
