AbundRX’s homepage lists a tirzepatide-based care option starting at $149. Its separate $99 headline belongs to semaglutide-based care. The cost FAQ says final pricing can vary with the treatment selected through clinical review; the starting figure does not establish a monthly bill, refill total or complete supplied period.³

Confirm what the starting offer buys

Obtain the actual medication, preparation, prescribed quantity, first amount collected, next bill and required commitment. The page says pricing may include review, planning, follow-up and medication fulfillment when prescribed; that conditional wording is not an itemized guarantee that every required service is included.³

The Liv Body review shows why a similar $149 headline needs its own footnote: one of its landing pages marks that amount as a month-one offer. Compare the first payment, later prescription cost and supplied period rather than assuming equal starting figures buy the same continuing care.^9,10

The process description makes prescribing a clinician’s decision and fulfillment dependent on approval. It does not settle whether a card is authorized or charged before that decision, which service fees are retained, or whether nonapproval returns every payment. Ask for the selected financial agreement rather than treating a prescription requirement as a refund promise.^3,6

Cancel before billing, not just before delivery

The Refund Policy permits cancellation through support or patient-portal chat, but requires receipt at least 72 hours before the next billing date. A later request allows another cycle to be charged, with cancellation taking effect in the subsequent cycle. Paid services continue through the current billing period.⁵

An earlier paragraph says an account can be used before shipping to change details or cancel a subscription. That does not remove the separate 72-hour billing notice. Confirm both the next charge and actual fulfillment status, and retain the effective-date confirmation.⁵

Prescription finality has a separate unshipped exception

The policy describes prescription returns as unavailable after dispensing and sales as final once payment has been charged and the package handed to a carrier. These are not identical events; obtain the exact order stage before assuming a prepared but unshipped prescription can be refunded.⁵

The Shipping Policy separately says that if medication has not shipped within 14 days of placing the order, a patient is entitled to request a refund regardless of medical-review status, with support reviewing the order and processing a refund when applicable. Preserve that specific exception rather than treating every unshipped order as automatically refundable.⁶

For damaged or lost prescription orders, the policy directs patients to support. Its lost-package section describes working with the carrier and reshipping. The separate 30-day unopened-return rule covers nonprescription products, not a right to return dispensed tirzepatide.⁵

Identify the clinician and actual dispenser

The refund and privacy documents use Abundant Wellness Corp. The Terms mention a preferred pharmacy and the option to request another pharmacy before completing the order, but that does not identify the actual dispensing facility. The privacy notice’s references to pharmacists and “our pharmacy” are not independent confirmation of a particular assigned facility or its license.^4,5,7

Confirm the prescribing practice, clinician, pharmacy, location eligibility and label instructions. A certification badge or public biography should not substitute for the actual care record, and shipping estimates do not guarantee an approval-to-delivery date.^3,6

Clinical evidence is separate from the offer

Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.⁸ The original SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 references provide clinical context; they do not establish this platform’s results, quality or equivalence of a particular compounded preparation.^1,2
