What you actually qualify for — and what you don't.
There is no single Zepbound coupon. There are four separate discount routes with different owners and different rules, and which ones are open to you is decided almost entirely by one thing: what insurance you have. The most consequential rule in the whole topic is the one most coupon pages bury — the manufacturer savings card excludes anyone on Medicare, Medicaid, the VA or TRICARE, no exceptions.
This page sorts the programs by who can use them. For the full narrative on what the drug costs route by route, with the sourcing behind every figure, see Zepbound cost & savings. To put your own numbers in, use the Zepbound cost calculator.
The two third-party discount cards people reach for first are worth checking rather than assuming, because they do not work the same way. We priced both on 11 August 2026: SingleCare quoted $490.02 for the 2.5 mg KwikPen at its cheapest pharmacy, above the $299 self-pay price at every dose, and its best rate moved with the ZIP code. GoodRx showed $299 for the same box, but that number is Lilly's own manufacturer offer displayed on GoodRx rather than a discount GoodRx negotiated — its own coupon, on the single-dose pen, was $995.
