Voxy Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Prices, Prepayment & Care

Voxy's named compounded tirzepatide plan lists $225/month billed monthly, with lower monthly rates on three-, six- and twelve-month terms. The $135/month annual-plan figure is not a month-to-month payment. The page includes provider care, medication if prescribed, supplies and shipping, but says final pricing is confirmed at checkout after the free assessment.⁴

Voxy also names its pharmacy and medical group on a compliance page. Its cancellation FAQ permits messaging the care team anytime without cancellation fees; it does not explain whether unused prepaid months are refunded. That distinction matters when comparing the lowest headline with a shorter commitment.^4,5

Read the billing period beside the rate

The tirzepatide tab publishes four term choices, each with its charging cadence. The one-month option is billed monthly; the three- and six-month options are billed at those intervals; the twelve-month option is billed annually. These are payment-term labels, not confirmation that all medication is dispensed or delivered together.⁴

Multiplying the advertised rates by their terms gives $597 for three months, $1,050 for six months and $1,620 for twelve months. Those are calculations from the public table, not a verified checkout invoice. Confirm the actual amount due, prescribed supply, any renewal authorization and what happens if treatment changes before paying. A lower monthly equivalent should be compared with the full commitment it represents.⁴

The page advertises a free assessment with no charge to see whether you qualify. Every plan is described as including medication if prescribed, injection supplies, discreet shipping, ongoing check-ins, dose adjustments and care-team messaging. These are published inclusions, not a guarantee of approval, immediate replies or an unchanged bill for every future prescription.⁴

Public care pathway and named responsibilities

The GLP-1 page describes an online health-and-goals assessment, clinician review and medication shipment if appropriate. It says no laboratory work or doctor visit is needed to start the assessment; that does not establish that testing or a visit can never be required later. Review within 24 hours and shipping in 2–5 days are advertised estimates, not guaranteed approval or arrival times.⁴

The GLP-1 assessment entry begins with a goal-weight question. That initial screen does not establish personal eligibility, a selected prescription or an accepted financial agreement. A free entry step should not be mistaken for a completed clinical evaluation.⁶

The compliance page identifies VialsRX in Houston as the pharmacy partner and Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC in Seattle as the medical provider group. It expressly describes a service-provider relationship, rather than an endorsement or joint venture. These disclosures distinguish dispensing from prescribing; they do not independently verify licenses or identify the individual clinician and preparation assigned to you.⁵

The same page qualifies nationwide marketing: services depend on provider licensure and pharmacy dispensing authority, and formulations or fulfillment can vary by state. Confirm the medication and delivery arrangement for your physical location, rather than assuming nationwide marketing means universal access.⁵

Compounding and product claims

The named plan is for compounded tirzepatide, not branded Zepbound or Mounjaro. Its FAQ describes pharmacy preparation and claims third-party batch testing for potency, sterility and endotoxins. No batch report or actual dispensed label was independently examined here. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved finished drugs; sharing an active ingredient does not establish equivalence to a branded product. Canceling a plan versus recovering prepaid money

The plans FAQ says you may switch terms or cancel anytime by messaging the care team, without cancellation fees. It does not supply a precise processing cutoff or explain refunds for unused prepaid months, treatment refusal, an unfilled prescription or medication already shipped. No cancellation fee does not mean an unconditional refund. Request the effective cancellation date, last charge and any retained amount in writing.⁴

The reviewed homepage, named plans page, compliance page, privacy notice, public menu and initial assessment did not establish a separate financial agreement. That is a limit of these public pages, not a claim that terms do not exist. Obtain the agreement that governs your selected purchase, especially before choosing an annual payment. A privacy notice is not a substitute for cancellation and refund terms.

Voxy's May 29, 2026 privacy notice describes health-information uses for care, payment and operations, along with access, correction and complaint routes. It identifies Voxy Health and a Scottsdale contact address. These disclosures do not independently verify privacy compliance or identify every party handling treatment records.⁷

Clinical evidence and the decision
