VivioMD Tirzepatide Review: Monthly Offer, Care and Refunds
Published by Tirzepatide ReportUpdated
On this page
VivioMD currently names compounded tirzepatide among its weight-management treatments. One public monthly-plan landing advertises $269 for the first month and $339 for subsequent months until cancellation. Its program description includes medication when prescribed, clinical messaging, coaching and four-week deliveries. Confirm that the same offer and included services apply to the plan you select.2,3
The useful comparison is the actual medication and subscription agreement. A promotional monthly number does not settle the total collected upfront, the next renewal, or what happens after medication has been ordered.
What the monthly offer establishes
§ Offer and payment
| Public detail | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Monthly landing | $269 first month; $339 thereafter |
| Medication route | Compounded offer; do not infer branded Zepbound |
| Program supply | Four-week deliveries; confirm billing interval |
| Longer promotion | Advance payment and possible discount repricing |
The monthly-plan landing distinguishes tirzepatide from a separate semaglutide promotion. It also says access can include branded or compounded medication depending on clinical judgment. The separate program FAQ expressly names compounded tirzepatide. Do not assume the advertised tirzepatide price buys branded Zepbound, or that a drug will be prescribed simply because a program is advertised.2,3
Request the medication name, formulation, concentration, prescribed dose, supplied quantity, first payment and renewal amount together. Four weeks of medication is a supply description; it does not by itself establish a 28-day billing cycle. Confirm the refill and charge dates rather than treating calendar months and four-week deliveries as interchangeable.
The program describes medication, chat visits, coaching, shipping and a patient portal as included, with no separate membership fee advertised. Its Terms nevertheless allow outside healthcare services to be billed separately. Clarify required laboratories and any services outside the participating network before treating a broad all-inclusive claim as an itemized quote.3,4
Payment and promotional commitments
The Terms describe subscription periods selected at checkout, including monthly, quarterly or annual periods, paid in advance and automatically renewed for an equal-length term at the then-current rate. This is different from assuming that a yearly offer can be paid one month at a time.4
A promotion tied to a minimum commitment can lose its discount if canceled early: completed months may be recalculated at the full, undiscounted rate. That rule needs to be read alongside the landing's cancel-anytime message. Ask for the undiscounted rate and an example of the balance or refund if you leave before the promotional term ends.4
The program FAQ places intake and payment before clinical review. Payment does not guarantee approval; the Terms say a prescription depends on clinical appropriateness and legal availability. Medication orders may be transmitted automatically after a provider approves the prescription.3,4
Two different 72-hour deadlines
§ Cancellation and refunds
| Action or event | Published boundary |
|---|---|
| Stop next renewal | Notice at least 72 hours before billing |
| Initial refund | Within first 72 hours and no services received |
| Longer prepaid term | Refund for unshipped months; confirm repricing |
| Medical disqualification | Full, following-charge and service-liability wording need clarification |
To stop the next renewal, the refund policy requires cancellation notice at least 72 hours before the billing date, through support or the applicable patient portal. A late request can leave the next charge due and make cancellation effective the following cycle. Access continues through the paid billing period.5
The initial refund rule is separate: support must be notified within the first 72 hours of the subscription term and no subscription services may have been received. Both conditions apply. Monthly cancellation otherwise generally does not refund the current or prior months; longer prepaid subscriptions have an exception for months for which no medication was shipped.5
The program FAQ says processed payments are not refundable except for clinical ineligibility, while the linked policy describes the additional initial and unshipped-month exceptions above. Obtain written confirmation of the rule applied to your order, including how promotional repricing affects a longer-term refund.3,5
Medical disqualification and order problems
The policy initially promises a full refund for medical disqualification, but later describes charges following disqualification, says a refund may be issued, and retains liability for healthcare services already rendered. Those statements do not establish an unconditional refund of every charge at every treatment stage. Confirm the calculation for a declined initial prescription versus later loss of eligibility.5
Stopping a subscription is also different from returning medication already ordered. The policy excludes ordinary prescription returns and asks patients to report damage or incorrect items immediately. Damaged items may be replaced with evidence; incorrect items are to be replaced by the pharmacy. It does not promise successful treatment results.5
Who provides care and medication?
The Terms identify VivioMD Group LLC as the platform and name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C., affiliated entities or other independent medical groups for care. The separate telehealth notice says the medical groups have their own consent procedures. These are published organizational roles, not independent verification of the clinician assigned to you.4,6
The pharmacy list names RedRock and Triad Rx for compounding and Health Warehouse for retail fulfillment. Ask which facility prepares and dispenses your particular prescription, its authorization in your state, and the label's storage and beyond-use directions. A partner list does not establish your assigned pharmacy or a verified preparation.4
The homepage advertises clinicians across all 50 states, while the Terms and program FAQ say services are available in 49 states and exclude Louisiana. Confirm eligibility where you will physically receive care. Messaging access, response-time claims and delivery estimates are provider statements, not independently measured service performance.1,3,4
FDA warning and evidence limits
FDA issued VivioMD Group LLC dba VivioMD a warning letter on June 8, 2026, MARCS-CMS 728295. It addressed misleading pictured labels suggesting VivioMD compounded the advertised semaglutide and tirzepatide when it did not. The letter does not establish a current closure, recall or regulatory resolution.8
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. The site's safety information acknowledges that distinction; its marketing, suggested schedules and proposed benefits should not replace instructions from the prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacist. Research on approved injections does not independently establish this service's outcomes or the quality of an individual compounded product.7,8
Our assessment
VivioMD provides a named monthly tirzepatide offer and useful descriptions of care, renewal and cancellation. The important qualifications are the selected preparation, prepaid commitment, promotional repricing and the conflicting refund descriptions. Compare other provider reviews and approved Zepbound costs using a written medication-specific quote and the care access you can actually obtain.
Frequently asked questions
What tirzepatide price does VivioMD advertise?
One current monthly-plan landing names $269 for the first month and $339 thereafter. Confirm the selected preparation, quantity and renewal agreement; do not assume it is branded Zepbound or apply a different promotion’s rate.
Is the program paid monthly or upfront?
The monthly landing describes recurring monthly charges, while Terms also allow quarterly and annual terms charged in advance. Confirm the total collected and any minimum-commitment discount repricing before selecting a longer promotion.
What are the two 72-hour rules?
Stopping renewal requires notice at least 72 hours before billing. The separate initial refund requires notice within the first 72 hours of the term and no services received. Other monthly charges are generally not refundable, with stated exceptions.
Does a declined prescription guarantee every charge back?
The policy promises a full refund for medical disqualification but also uses narrower following-charge and may-refund language and retains liability for services already rendered. Obtain a written stage-specific calculation rather than assuming every prior charge is refundable.
