Trinity Meds Tirzepatide Review: Pricing, Cancellation Clocks and Refund Limits

Trinity Meds explicitly lists compounded tirzepatide in injectable form, while its homepage advertises a $149/month GLP-1/GIP starting offer. The banner gives an October 22 expiration. Confirm the medication-specific price, supplied quantity and continuing bill rather than assuming that a category promotion is a permanent prescription quote.^3,4

What the headline includes

The homepage promotes the same price at every dose, month-to-month payment and free delivery. Its membership FAQ includes clinician consultations, a personalized care plan, prescription fulfillment if appropriate and shipping. Ask which services and medication quantities the selected plan actually covers, including any applicable laboratory charges.³

Trinity Meds describes itself as a platform and identifies OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and affiliated practices for medical services. Prescribing depends on clinical evaluation; payment does not guarantee the requested medication. Its About page names tirzepatide, but the $149 category headline alone does not establish an individualized all-in price or an indefinite price lock.^3,4

Two cancellation clocks need clarification

The Terms, dated May 6, 2026, describe canceling at least 48 hours before the applicable monthly processing date. The separate refund policy, dated August 25, 2026, requires a request at least 72 hours before the next billing date to stop that charge. These use different deadlines and reference dates. Obtain the actual billing and processing dates and written confirmation of which rule governs the chosen plan.^5,6

The FAQ’s general invitation to pause or cancel does not reverse those financial conditions. The refund policy says timely cancellation stops future billing and leaves access through the paid term; it does not ordinarily refund payments already made.^3,6

Medical disqualification is a limited exception

The refund policy describes payments as final from purchase, including when a patient never finishes intake or uses the services. Multi-month bundles are treated as an indivisible purchase, with no ordinary refund for unused months, services or unshipped medication.⁶

If the provider determines the patient is clinically ineligible, the policy allows a refund of the unused portion of the current term after deducting used services. Those deductions can include consultations, provider reviews, issued prescriptions, dispensed or shipped medication, and ordered or performed laboratory services. This is not an unconditional full refund whenever a prescription is declined.⁶

The policy separately addresses damaged or incorrect medication through pharmacy replacement, not an ordinary medication-return refund. Ask promptly how an order problem will be handled and what documentation is required.⁶

Pharmacy disclosure and clinical evidence

The pharmacy FAQ names RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Trinity also reports 503A sourcing. These are provider disclosures, not independent verification of current credentials or confirmation of an individual dispenser.³
