What the different commitments cost

The full named-medication ladder is $235 billed monthly; $597 every three months, equivalent to $199 monthly; $1,050 upfront for six months, equivalent to $175 monthly; or $1,500 upfront for twelve months, equivalent to $125 monthly. The Terms keep a purchased term’s price fixed and say prescribed dose changes do not increase that plan price.^3,4

The renewal distinction matters as much as the discount. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless renewal is turned off before the next billing date. Six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically; continuing requires a provider check-in and confirmation of another plan. A reduced monthly equivalent is not an early-exit right.⁴

Trimi describes one vial per treatment month, three vials together for quarterly plans, and shipments every three months for six-month and annual plans, subject to prescription and pharmacy beyond-use dating. Those are the companies’ published identities and credential claims, rather than an independent license inspection or guarantee of a particular patient’s assignment.^3,4

The program advertises care in all fifty states, excluding Puerto Rico, but says an individual clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Payment, cancellation and medical denial

A six-month promise with specific conditions

Trimi’s money-back promise applies after six continuous months with no net weight loss, not simply dissatisfaction or failure to reach a personal target. The policy requires prescribed medication use, dose adherence, provider check-ins, and starting and six-month weights logged in the portal. Pausing or stopping early does not qualify.⁵

A qualifying claim must be requested within thirty days of the six-month mark. The promised refund covers plan fees paid over those six months, is limited to one claim per patient, and cannot duplicate refunds already issued.
