RxPepsDirect Tirzepatide Review: Vial Prices & Review Fees

RxPepsDirect lists tirzepatide/B12 from $45 for a 12 mg vial, plus a $39 medical review per order and $15 flat pharmacy shipping per order. Those advertised components add to $99 for a single starter-vial order if prescribed. This is an order calculation, not a universal $99 monthly subscription or every strength’s price. Medication is paid directly to the pharmacy after approval.^3,4

Compare the vial and the whole order

The B12 page lists vial prices of $45, $90, $127.50, $165, $210 and $247.50 across its starter-to-maintenance menu, with larger refill options priced separately. Higher entries require an active prescription. These are product labels, not instructions to select a dose or follow the site’s titration schedule; obtain the clinician’s actual prescription, concentration, supply and label instructions.³

A separate tirzepatide/B6-and-glycine formulation lists $225 for 60 mg or $675 for 180 mg. Different ingredients and quantities are not interchangeable merely because both products contain tirzepatide. Confirm the prescribed preparation and quantity rather than comparing only the lowest vial headline.⁵

The pricing page says the $39 review covers up to three different peptides per order, with a new $39 fee on each reorder; the $15 shipping charge covers the order. Product copy mentions adding the review fee on a first order, but the pricing page and Terms explicitly apply it to refills too. Do not assume later reviews are free.^3,4,6

Optional refills still have per-order fees

There is no required membership. The pricing page and March 2026 Terms say automatic refills start only if selected, are timed to the supplied medication and include the same $39 review and provider evaluation. They can be turned off through the dashboard. Confirm the next refill date and pharmacy charges; optional refill enrollment is different from a fixed monthly bundle.^4,6

The $39 review and medication have different refund rules

The June 2026 Refund Policy permits a request before provider review begins, when the company may approve a $39 refund. Once review starts, that fee is nonrefundable even if the requested prescription is denied, modified or found inappropriate. Paying for review does not guarantee medication.⁷

If no prescription is issued, the policy says the patient is not required to purchase medication from the pharmacy. Pharmacy payment, fulfillment, shipping and medication refunds are handled separately under that pharmacy’s policy. RxPepsDirect cannot refund amounts paid directly to the pharmacy. Obtain the dispenser’s cancellation, error and shipping remedies before making that separate payment.⁷

Approved billing-error refunds go to the original payment method when possible, with timing depending on the processor and bank. The policy does not promise a fixed posting deadline or a medication satisfaction guarantee.⁷

Public testing claims do not identify your prescription

The About page identifies Peptide RX LLC and names Dr. Jonathan Snipes as medical director. It describes a separate Texas compounding pharmacy, while current pharmacy-role wording does not establish an assigned preparing/dispensing facility or independently verify current credentials. The site advertises 28 states plus Washington, DC; confirm availability for the actual prescription and physical location.⁸

The product and quality pages publish batch-test reports attributed to Eagle Analytical. A report applies to its tested sample; it does not independently prove the contents of a future vial, current certification or FDA approval.^3,9 Compounded tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved finished drug.¹⁰ Brand-drug trials do not establish outcomes for this platform or a compounded preparation. SURMOUNT-1 and SURMOUNT-5 provide clinical context, not proof that a particular compounded formulation or care program produces the same results.^1,2
