RxION Health Tirzepatide Review: Plans, Fees and Refunds

RxION Health now publishes compounded tirzepatide plans at $299 for one month, $660 for three months and $1,098 for six months. The longer-plan figures are total charges, equivalent to $220 or $183 per month; they are not smaller monthly installments.³

Its refund policy creates an important distinction: medical nonapproval retains a $75 consultation fee, while an issued prescription sent for fulfillment generally ends cancellation even before shipment.⁴

Compare the amount charged and supplied

The product says consultation, medication if prescribed, supplies and cold-pack overnight shipping are included. It advertises the same price at each dose within the offer. Confirm the selected quantity, shipment sequence, usable supply and renewal authorization before paying for a longer plan.³

The page describes its three-month supply as a three-vial sequence covering 84 days. Ask how that supply period relates to the billing period and future refill date. A monthly equivalent does not establish calendar-month coverage or the amount charged upfront. Obtain the written selected agreement rather than multiplying a rounded headline.³

The product expressly excludes residents of New Jersey, Alaska and Mississippi. The consent says some states require a live visit and certain medications may be unavailable. Confirm your physical location, selected preparation and required encounter.^3,6

Refund rights change before the package ships

For medical nonapproval after consultation, the policy refunds the medication portion and retains $75 for consultation. Do not read this as a full initial-payment refund.⁴

Once a licensed provider issues a prescription and submits it to the pharmacy, the order cannot be canceled, changed or refunded, even if it has not shipped. The general terms’ later reference to shipped medication does not remove that more specific processing cutoff.^4,5

For an automatic refill, cancellation before the scheduled renewal carries no charge. If payment has processed but the order has not been sent to a physician for review, the policy allows cancellation with 7.5% retained. After prescription issuance to the pharmacy, cancellation is no longer available. Manage the plan through account settings or support promptly and ask which stage the refill has reached.⁴

Refund requests are generally reviewed and processed within five to ten business days. Keep the order information and effective cancellation confirmation. A future renewal cancellation and a current-order refund are separate actions.⁴

Know who provides the care

Terms identify RxION Health, Inc. and describe clinicians as independent contractors. Payment does not guarantee a prescription; the clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Obtain the treating practice’s legal name, assigned clinician and follow-up route.⁵

The product describes fulfillment through a licensed U.S. pharmacy without assigning a specific facility in the reviewed offer. Request the dispenser’s legal name, address, pharmacist contact and preparation details. General quality-testing claims do not independently validate an individual prescription or batch.³
