Confirm the exact prescribed medication, dose, supply and subsequent charge before treating that figure as an ongoing tirzepatide bill.³ Its financial disclosures also require attention: the FAQ describes patient-initiated monthly payment, while the returns policy refers to subscription cancellation.^4,5

Confirm the selected preparation and payment

The product describes a starting-dose offer rather than one universal all-dose rate. Its menu and linked prescription information should be reconciled with the actual clinician’s directions. Do not select or change an injection dose based on an advertising label. Request the preparation, concentration, usable supply and full charge in writing.³

The FAQ says many plans include a free consultation and says medication is billed when shipped. The product disclaimer says payment does not guarantee a prescription. Obtain the selected payment authorization and ask what happens if treatment is declined, including whether any consultation or processing amount remains.^3,4

Manual renewal and prescription cancellation differ

Obtain the exact legal entity collecting payment, treating practice, clinician, dispenser and location eligibility. The public terms’ generic company wording does not settle every assigned role.⁶
