NativeMed’s compounded tirzepatide page lists $549 paid upfront for a three-month plan, displayed as $183 per month, alongside a $259 monthly option with a $199 first month. The three-month equivalent is not an ordinary $183 monthly bill. Confirm the selected plan, supplied quantity and later charge before paying.³

Prepaid price versus monthly introduction

The three-month option ties the lower monthly figure to an upfront total. The separate monthly option distinguishes its first month from the displayed continuing monthly price. Do not combine the introductory $199 figure with the prepaid plan or assume an unused portion of an upfront purchase can be refunded.³

The page describes the same price at any dose and free shipping if prescribed. Those are published program statements, not a guarantee of an individually accepted future price or a particular prescription. Ask what formulation and quantity will be supplied, whether any outside tests or services cost extra, and how a change in treatment affects the next bill.³

Consultation and follow-up fees

The Terms describe an initial virtual consultation at no cost, but add that a $25 fee may apply if the patient chooses not to proceed on that call. They separately describe a $25 missed-appointment or cancellation fee when the appointment is canceled within two hours. These are appointment provisions, not the cancellation fee used in the program-refund policy.⁵

The Terms also say Maintenance Calls after the initial program carry an additional charge. Confirm the follow-up arrangements and fees for the plan being considered rather than assuming every future visit is included in the medication headline.⁵

A narrow refund-request window

NativeMed’s refund policy describes program payments as nonrefundable except under its stated conditions. A patient canceling within 24 hours of purchase, before any medication has shipped, may request a refund, with a cancellation fee applied. Both timing conditions matter, and the fee amount is not specified in that paragraph.⁴

The policy requires contacting the service and receiving confirmation of refund eligibility. For an eligible credit- or debit-card refund, it gives ten business days from NativeMed’s confirmation—not ten days from the initial request. This is not a general right to return dispensed medication or recover every unused prepaid month.⁴

Order stage also matters in the BloomWell Rx review: its FAQ says processing begins immediately after submission, while its refund policy separately describes dispensing and charged-payment/carrier-handoff limits. Neither an unshipped package nor a request to stop future orders should be treated as an automatic refund entitlement.^6,7

Termination and future charges

The Terms describe month-to-month and one-time payment arrangements and permit termination through prior written notice. They refer cancellation questions back to the refund policy. Ending future participation does not itself establish a refund of an already-paid term; ask for the actual next billing date, notice requirement and written cancellation confirmation.^4,5

A medical assessment determines whether treatment is appropriate. The available terms do not establish an unconditional full refund whenever the requested prescription is declined. Clarify any nonapproval arrangement before authorizing the payment rather than assuming a consultation or cancellation provision covers it.^4,5
