Näky Health Tirzepatide Review: Care, Cost and Terms
Researched & written by Alan PierceClinical Pharmacology WriterUpdated
On this page
Näky, a brand of Naky Health LLC, offers a named compounded tirzepatide injection and a separate microdose program. Its product page describes provider review, check-ins and monthly nutrition coaching. The key comparison is the actual prescribed program and order commitment, rather than assuming the lower microdose price buys the same treatment.1
This review examines published information checked in October 2026. We did not buy medication, submit a medical intake or receive treatment. Descriptions of clinical support, delivery and product performance are the provider’s claims unless a separate source is identified.
| Decision | Current public information |
|---|---|
| Standard navigation headline | One month $295; three months $825; six months $1,590. |
| Microdose headline | $275/$265 monthly equivalents require the respective longer plan. |
| Initial-order cutoff | Cannot cancel after submission for medical review. |
| Shipping issues | Report within 48 hours; case-by-case assessment. |
What the advertised price actually covers
The actual standard-tirzepatide product page lists a one-month plan at $295, a three-month plan at $825 total ($275 monthly equivalent) and a six-month plan at $1,590 total ($265 monthly equivalent). The navigation’s “from $265/month” therefore does not describe the flexible one-month plan. Its separate microdose headline starts at $165, while some recommendations display $195; do not substitute either for the standard-dose offer. Confirm the final checkout charge, supply and clinical prescription rather than selecting the lowest number from unrelated page sections.1
Use a written quote as the comparison unit: product, prescribed milligrams, amount supplied, days of treatment, total due and next payment. A four-week shipment and a calendar-month subscription can produce different refill dates. A monthly equivalent of a longer prepaid plan also says nothing by itself about whether unused treatment can be refunded. Keep a copy of the selected offer and the terms presented before payment.
Clinical care and follow-up
The tirzepatide FAQ says the plan includes licensed provider review and check-ins, monthly nutrition and lifestyle coaching, dose adjustments, maintenance/transition support and free two-day shipping. Those are published inclusions, not independently tested delivery or appointment performance. The site distinguishes the platform from an independent physician group and pharmacy partners. Ask which clinicians and dispenser will actually be involved.1
Ask how symptoms are handled between planned reviews and whether the responding person can make clinical decisions. Account support, a prescription review and an ongoing medical appointment are different services. If your clinician recommends a pause or a different medication, establish how the clinical decision reaches the dispensing team and billing system. That coordination matters as much as a promise of convenient ordering.
Cancellation and refunds
The refund policy says fees and charges are not refundable in whole or in part. More specifically, an initial order cannot be canceled once submitted to physicians for medical review, even if medication has not yet been dispensed. Future refills or renewals can be managed through the account or support. Shipping or delivery problems must be reported within 48 hours and are reviewed case by case.2
Record the next processing date rather than estimating it from the day a parcel arrives. Ask whether cancellation stops only a future renewal or also a prescription already under review. A request to stop treatment does not automatically establish a refund of completed medical or pharmacy work. Save the written acknowledgment and ask where an unresolved billing error should be reported.

The product details that change the decision
The terms use mixed pharmacy-network wording, including references to a different network name in the prescription-fulfillment text. This does not prove who will dispense a prescription, and a platform brand is not a pharmacy license. Obtain the actual dispenser and a coherent product-specific contract before accepting the order. The same review should separate microdose claims from evidence at approved injectable maintenance doses.1
Pharmacy, formulation and prescribing boundaries
Before accepting a prescription, obtain the actual dispensing pharmacy’s legal name, contact details and authorization to supply your state. If a provider lists pharmacy partners, ask which one is assigned to this order. A website’s description of licensing or certification is not the same as our independent verification of that pharmacy or its current authorization.
If compounded medication is proposed, the distinction from an approved medicine remains important. FDA says compounded GLP-1 products are not FDA-approved and do not undergo its premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. FDA recommends compounded drugs only when the patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an approved product. Sharing an ingredient name or displaying a branded-trial result does not establish that an exact compounded formulation performs identically.5
Request the prescribed dose in milligrams, concentration, administration instructions, storage requirements and beyond-use date for the actual dispensed product. Do not borrow syringe-unit instructions from another service or assume a tablet and injection are equivalent. If the label or shipment is unclear, ask the prescriber or dispenser before use. FDA has documented dosing errors and refrigeration concerns with compounded GLP-1 medicines.5
Clinical suitability is a separate decision from affordability. The approved Zepbound label includes a boxed warning concerning thyroid C-cell tumors seen in rodents and contraindications including a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2. Other medicines, pregnancy plans, gastrointestinal symptoms and prior treatment need individual review. A short online screening form is not a reason to skip the full medication history.6
Who should pay particular attention to these terms
The initial-order rule places the meaningful decision before clinical submission. If you still need clarification of formulation, actual price, state access or the dispensing arrangement, seek those answers before starting an order that the policy says cannot be withdrawn once review begins. Managing a future refill does not undo that initial commitment. If a shipment is damaged, preserve its label and packaging and report the issue within the stated window; do not assume that a report automatically guarantees a refund. Our Gide review and Robinhood review illustrate other ways consultation, pharmacy processing and renewal can have separate rules. The most useful comparison is when each service begins committing your money.
How we would compare Näky Health
Näky has a real named offer with enough care and exit information for a qualified comparison. Its main tradeoff is a very early cancellation cutoff at clinical submission, combined with multiple starting-price presentations. The proposed coaching may matter for someone seeking structured support, but its value depends on the actual appointment frequency and how the plan is billed.
Compare the final written offer with other provider reviews and different care arrangements. For an approved-product alternative, the Zepbound cost and savings guide separates medication access from the cost of a clinical program. Make the comparison at the same prescribed dose and payment commitment, with the follow-up and exit conditions visible.
To compare which supply and payment commitments sit behind a longer-plan discount, see Prescriva and LifeVine.
