These are different plan durations, not higher-dose tiers. The page advertises the same price at every prescribed dose and includes consultation, care, medication, supplies, shipping and support.³

The program may suit someone who values online messaging and a published plan menu. The longer-plan equivalent still needs a payment schedule, and the no-membership-fee headline does not mean there is no recurring subscription.

Compare the term and the next charge

The product page describes refills shipped every 28 days after a check-in. That describes a refill cadence; it does not establish whether your card is charged every 28 days, monthly or at the beginning of a longer term. Obtain the amount due today, number of shipments, usable supply and renewal date together.³

The shipping policy says orders are subscription-based and renew at the original order frequency unless checkout identifies a one-time purchase. Clinical contact and location

Gimme describes unlimited provider messaging and online follow-ups. Its state FAQ advertises all 50 states and the District of Columbia, while requiring a brief video or audio visit before treatment in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia. Those are the company’s access descriptions; confirm your actual prescription, clinician and dispensing eligibility for your location.⁴

Start Gimme, LLC describes itself as a platform coordinating independent health-care and pharmacy services. It is not the pharmacy or the clinician making the prescribing decision.⁷ Ask for the clinical practice, treating provider and exact dispensing facility before fulfillment. A platform badge does not identify those parties or independently establish their current credentials.

The listed product is compounded tirzepatide, not an FDA-approved finished medication. Stop renewal and the current order separately

The shipping policy allows subscription changes through the portal or customer service. Requests submitted to customer service must arrive at least three business days before renewal. Confirm the deadline displayed for your chosen plan and obtain an acknowledgment; a request to stop a future charge is separate from stopping a prescription already being filled.⁵

The refund page says orders cannot be canceled once dispensed or shipped. A successfully canceled order before shipment can receive a full refund, but that is not a promise that an already dispensed, unshipped order can be reversed. Contact support promptly and ask for the pharmacy’s actual order status.⁶

Conditional refund and replacement routes

The terms allow a prorated refund of unshipped prepaid value when treatment cannot be fulfilled, with deductions for treatment already provided, or an alternative-treatment credit.⁷ That exception differs from simply changing your mind.

For first-time members reporting no measurable progress, the Progress Promise requires four consecutive months of enrollment after the initial prescription, adherence to clinician instructions and an account in good standing. It requires baseline video verification within 14 days of the first prescription, later verification and a claim within 14 days after the four-month mark. Approval and the amount are individually reviewed; an existing payment dispute excludes an additional Promise refund. It does not guarantee a medical result.⁷
