Everlywell Weight Care+ Review: The Current Quest Enrollment Route

On this page
Everlywell Weight Care+ has a current treatment enrollment route through Quest Health. Quest lists a $99 purchase covering an initial consultation and the first membership month, available only with a qualifying Weight Loss Journey Test Panel or after buying one within the previous six months. Its program page explicitly names branded Zepbound among the medications a clinician may consider.1
The Quest page says the monthly membership is $99, describes a renewal reminder seven days before billing, and explains that the enrollment link arrives by email after purchase. The initial test is a separate purchase; buying laboratory testing alone should not be mistaken for completed treatment enrollment.1
| Detail | What the public pages establish |
|---|---|
| First program month | $99; qualifying Quest test required |
| Basic test plus physician fee | $139+$6 |
| Displayed combination | $244 excluding medication |
| Later membership | $99/month per Quest page; medication separate |
Add the test to the first-month budget
Quest’s Basic Weight Loss Journey panel is listed at $139 plus a $6 physician service fee. Adding the $99 Weight Care+ offer produces a displayed starting combination of $244 before any other applicable charges. That arithmetic covers the listed test and first membership month; it does not include Zepbound. The Expanded and Premium panels cost more.14
The Quest program page limits purchase to ages 18–74 and excludes Arizona, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Clinical eligibility is a separate decision. Confirm current state access and whether your recent panel qualifies before paying. The ability to order a laboratory panel does not guarantee that you qualify for the medication or even for this treatment membership.1
What membership pays for
The program describes regular virtual check-ins, discussion of laboratory results, treatment planning and insurance/prescription concierge assistance. It offers branded GLP-1 options and alternatives when appropriate. It does not promise that every member will receive Zepbound or that an insurer will approve it.1
Everlywell’s current terms say medication is filled through the patient’s pharmacy of choice and remains the patient’s financial responsibility, subject to coverage or other support. Additional testing may also cost extra. Its Zepbound information page separately confirms that medication is excluded from the membership price.23
Renewal and cancellation
Section 3.10 of Everlywell’s terms describes the program becoming a recurring monthly subscription after the first month, billed directly by Everlywell. The general subscription rules permit cancellation online or through support and require cancellation at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid that next billing period. The Quest offer says the first month, including the initial consultation and eligibility review, cannot be refunded; prior membership months are also nonrefundable. Confirm the selected order’s renewal date.12
Weight Care+ may fit someone who wants laboratory-informed branded medication evaluation and help with access logistics. The complete cost depends on testing, ongoing membership and the pharmacy’s medication price. Compare all three rather than describing $99 as the total cost of tirzepatide treatment.
Before you commit
- Confirm age, state and qualifying-test eligibility.
- Compare testing, membership and medication as separate costs.
- Record renewal date and cancel at least 24 hours before the next charge.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zepbound included in $99?
No. The membership pays for program services; the medication remains a separate pharmacy cost.
Do I need a Quest test?
The current offer requires a qualifying Quest Weight Loss Journey panel bought now or within the prior six months.
How do I enroll?
Quest says it emails an Everlywell enrollment link after purchase. The treatment consultation is separate from a lab appointment.
