Compare the card with the FAQ

The tirzepatide product card advertises consultation, prescription, four weeks of medication and standard shipping, with the same-price-for-all-doses claim. The FAQ quotes $259/month for tirzepatide with similar inclusions. We did not obtain an accepted personalized quote, so this review does not select one amount as the definitive bill.³

The semaglutide card and FAQ also show different amounts; semaglutide pricing does not resolve the tirzepatide conflict. Likewise, a general introductory headline should not be assigned to tirzepatide unless the actual offer identifies that medication and its payment term.³

Pay attention to the full subscription term

Blue Haven RX's posted terms are dated May 8, 2026 and name Eternum Health LLC as the platform operator. They describe monthly, three-month, six-month and twelve-month subscriptions, each billed in full for the selected term. A monthly-looking amount is not proof that a longer plan is payable one month at a time.⁴

The terms distinguish billing from supply: monthly plans provide four weeks, three-month plans twelve weeks, and longer plans ship recurring twelve-week supplies. They cap a shipment at twelve weeks. Confirm the total price and supplied period on the agreement you would accept.⁴

Section 5(b) describes preauthorization of the full selected-term fee, capture if a clinician approves the prescription, and release if declined. A hold can reduce available funds even before a settled charge. Section 5(a) uses broader charged-at-intake wording, so request confirmation of the payment sequence rather than assuming no card hold.⁴

Cancel before the renewal date, not the last dose

The posted terms allow renewal up to ten days before the current term ends. They require cancellation at least 48 hours before that renewal date to prevent the upcoming charge. The member portal's Next payment field identifies the relevant date; the last medication day is not a safe substitute.⁴

Cancellation can be submitted through the member portal, email or phone under the posted terms. A cancellation inside the 48-hour window stops later renewals but does not prevent the upcoming charge. The terms say charged membership fees are nonrefundable except as required by law, without a partial refund for unused time; services continue through the paid term.⁴

The earlier weight-loss guarantee was discontinued for new members and subscription terms after April 13, 2026, subject to the stated legacy conditions. Do not infer a current money-back guarantee from older marketing. The public terms also retain a counsel-review drafting note; this review reports what is posted, not a legal judgment about enforceability.⁴

Check who provides the care and medication

The platform describes access to independent Wasef and Beluga professional entities. Those names identify clinical networks in the public disclosures, not the pharmacy assigned to a particular prescription. The reviewed material did not establish an actual dispenser for an accepted order.^3,4

The terms describe cash-pay service, included standard shipping and possible taxes or outside-service costs. They state broad U.S. availability, but individual eligibility and the clinician's authorization where you are located still need confirmation. Shipping and clinical-review estimates are not guaranteed timelines.⁴
