What the plan includes

The product page describes a once-weekly injectable and includes provider evaluation, shipping, provider messaging and ongoing dose adjustments, with no membership fee. It also promotes medication, labs and care in one price. The terms allow separate lab charges unless the selected program explicitly includes them. Confirm any required tests, the prescribed quantity, all dose prices and the next-term total in writing.^3,4

Renewal and cancellation have conditions

A disclosed business address or a displayed certification badge is not independent verification of either assignment, a current license, or the location where care is delivered.⁴

State wording also needs confirmation: the homepage says most states in its FAQ while other sections advertise all 50 states and D.C. Confirm your physical location, formulation and consultation requirements. This review does not treat either broad statement as guaranteed individual access.⁵

Choosing with the right expectations
