ElitePhysiqMD Tirzepatide Review: Prices and Fees

ElitePhysiqMD’s current tirzepatide product page separates medication, membership and one-time order fees. With a four-week supply and 2.5 mg selected, it displays $224.10 per month for medication with subscription, alongside a separate $89 monthly membership. The same selection’s one-time panel shows $328, comprising $249 medication, a $49 visit and $30 shipping. Confirm the accepted first invoice and renewal schedule before paying.³

Start with the named medication and selected supply

The product page’s lowest $206.10 subscription headline belongs to the Microdose 0.5 mg option; it is not the displayed price of the regular 2.5 mg selection. Other strengths and three-month supplies have different options. A public starting figure does not establish the prescribed dose, supplied quantity or your complete charge.³

The program page also advertises $39 to activate, then $89 per month for membership. Its general $145 GLP-1 headline is not a selected tirzepatide quote. Obtain an itemized order showing how activation, medication and later membership charges apply to your chosen plan, including whether the medication’s displayed monthly renewal and four-week supply meet your prescribed schedule.^3,4

Membership changes the added fees

The product’s member panel says active membership includes $0 visit fees and free shipping, plus discounted medication. Its one-time panel instead adds the $49 visit and $30 shipping to each order. The page also retains a separate required-visit line below these panels. Ask which lines apply to the accepted order; adding a $49 visit fee automatically to every member refill would disregard the advertised waiver.³

Cancellation does not establish a refund

The product says membership renews automatically until canceled. The homepage and program page describe canceling or pausing at any time, but those statements do not themselves refund an already paid order or identify a universal processing deadline.^3,4

The Platform Terms, dated June 23, 2026, say transactions are generally nonrefundable except as required by applicable law, with no refund or credit for partially used membership. Canceled membership retains access through its current period. The Terms also defer some refund and exchange details to applicable transaction policies, so obtain the policy accepted for your prescription and any pharmacy-processing cutoff.⁵

The product says medication is not charged if a physician finds treatment inappropriate. That statement does not establish the treatment of every visit, activation or shipping charge after nonapproval. Ask for the itemized treatment of those fees rather than assuming a full-order refund.³

Care, pharmacy and medication evidence

The current pages describe a medical evaluation and clinician-directed prescribing. They report US compounding pharmacies and 503A/503B sourcing; these are provider statements, not independent confirmation of an assigned pharmacy’s current credentials. Confirm the actual prescriber, dispenser and preparation before ordering.^3,4
